I am writing an edition to my previous review letting all prospective customers know if your purchase is faulty you have to pay the p/p to return it to an address in the US.
Don't hold your breath with expectations of any refund.
The reviews on their own site bear no resemblance to other reviews I've read elsewhere. On one site they were given 96 percent 1/5. I would have given 0/5 if possible. Don't buy from this company.

Ordered triple birdhouse must have been photographed through magnifying glass x10. Birds would have to be size of wasps. One big con could not believe it when it arrived. Sadly no trading standards in China

I read about the turbo fan on google recently so attempted to email them on their given address only to receive an emailer demon back stating that that email address is a total fake. I then chose to look up trusted reviews about trutonica and their device through truspilot...and have come to the conclusion that it is not worth even attempting to buy their device as they give no information on how to and their contact information is false..THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Terrible in so many ways! Purchased a glorified fan, which took weeks to arrive. I called the company 3-4 times, only to hear an automated message stating no agents were available. The fan came with NO paperwork or instructions. No charger was included. When I finally got it operating, it was incredibly weak & takes forever to charge. Do NOT BUY!!!

I've emailed them as they have taken money for an order I placed 5 wks ago . I still haven't received it n when I emailed then they fobbed me off n told me to contact the courier . Didnt realise when I placed order it was from China do id like to warn others before they are also left out of pocket

This item is of exceptionally poor quality. When received it bears no resemblance to the advertised images. The assembly instructions are extremely difficult to follow. I would caution anyone who is considering purchasing this spinner to read the reviews and think again.

Crappy company, delivery times are appalling, customer service poor, equivalent to talking to robots. Item was purchased in the UK. It is a sure thing it will be faulty. You will have to pay return shipping to China. What a s....y company. DO NOT Buy from this garbage place.

Like others on here, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a metal weeding wheel for my strimmer (called ‘whipper-sniper’ in some countries) from TruTronica. Their website FAQs claim (direct quote) “With the four pieces of adapter kit provided, the indestructible wired trimmer head fits 99.9% of whipper-sniper brands on the market”, and specifies Stihl (my brand) amongst many others. Eventually I received a ‘badly battered’ box containing the wheel, 3 (not 4) other components, and no instructions. In response to my first email, they sent a polite apology and a video of someone using these 3 components to attach the wheel to a ‘head’ that was not supplied and looked nothing like the head of my Stihl strimmer (or any other that I’ve ever seen). Further emails elicited polite apologies but increasingly nonsensical excuses that ignored the key issue and, eventually, an offer of a full refund if I returned the product AT MY OWN EXPENSE to an address in China, and provided them with a tracking number - this would have cost me the major part of (and possibly more than) any refund, even if one materialised. Are they simply incompentent, or deliberately dishonest or a bit of both? I suspect the latter.

I only wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering my product. As per all the other reviews it arrived and is complete rubbish. In order to get a refund they want it returned at my expense to china. I am very disappointed please don’t order anything from this company ever. DP.

I ordered a birdhouse. According to the misleading advertising and photos this birdhouse would look good on the lawn and attract birds to feed and nest. No measurements were given. In fact, it is ridiculously small (3cm x 3cm). The hole for birds to enter the diameter of a pencil....A waste of money.

Yes i got scammed also. Theyre in another country, so they get away with it. I thought maybe paypal could get my money back. I was wrong!

SCAM -SCAM -SCAM This company will rip you off , please do not buy from them as they do not give refunds , instead just keep e mailing all the time , a disgrace of a business, I wouldn't even give trutonic one star unless I had too , they have just Bern insomuch nearly 3 weeks later n in order for me to get a refund I have to send the product to China n I have to pay !!!!!

They are broken all three of them They were posted from England but they want me to post them back to China what a rip off will never deal with this company ever again

I bought 2 mosquito bracelets. They fell to pieces trying to get my money back!

Stay away from this company. Bought 2 radar detectors. Both faulty. Company said I need to pay postage back to China for a refund or have 30% refunded. Absolute disgrace stay well clear. You have been warned.

Purchased 2 Radar Detectors only to find that it is illegal in Australia to use them. Police fines $600 and loss of licence for using them to trace speedcameras.
Read all the bad reiews about Trutronica on Trustpilot and lost hope of getting any help from them.
But they refunded me in full, no fuss and even paid out before the returned packages had arrived. Amazing!

Ordered Bird Box which looked great on the picture but arrived in box 4" x 8", so small and looks like children's toy.

Trying to return at moment as paid £34.99 in sale!! Company offering me 15% off and give to Charity or friend when not fit for purpose bought for and not even a small bird could get in, one friend actually thought it was for bees. Offer later incressed to 30% despite telling them it is totally unsuitable and as you can see by size of packaging of box a bird cannot get in when hollow gaps inside also!!

2nd July now increased to 40% refund or full return but have to send back to China in 7 days when original item came from warehouse in the United Kingdom.

The mosquito bracelet is rubbish ,if I could give no stars I would.
It doesn't work and lasted about two days before it stopped working ,
Please don't waste your money.

I read about the Zapaway Pro bracelet and thought I'd give it a go.
Stupid woman...another waste of money. I used it as per the instructions for being outside and I was bitten 9 times on my left leg and 4 on my right leg. I appreciate nothing is 100% but this failure rate is quite frankly ridiculous. A total and utter waste of time and money.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
