I ordered your product as a Christmas…

I ordered your product as a Christmas Gift back in November 2025.

I received an email notification that "my package had been handed over to the logistics partner n it should be making its way to you in the upcoming days. this was from your shipping department"

Nov 28, I notified your company that I have NOT RECEIVED the product but MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED.

Nov 28, I received your "APOLOGY for the slight delay in processing." from Charlotte, customer service team.

Dec 5, 2025 I wrote back and stated I received NO STATUS and requested a REFUND to my CREDIT CARD and to cancel the order.

Dec 7, 2025 I received a response from Charlotte, customer service team, "really sorry for the continued inconvenience caused by waiting for your order for a long time, and I truly understand why you wanted to cancel your order now. As per my request, I have submitted a request to cancel your order and will update you as soon as the cancellation and refund have been processed. Appreciate your continued patience as we work to resolve this for you."

Dec. 7, 2025 I returned a response thanking Charlotte for the follow up email but I wanted A REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Jan. 7th, 2026 I received and email from infoformsubmitapp.com- "just to confirm we have received your inquiry, we will get back to you as soon as possible."
This is totally ridiculous, to hear nothing but Bull$$$$ from your company. If this is the way you run a company, it is not believable.

It is now, MARCH 8, 2026 ---2 MONTHS since your company's last response and I have not receive a REFUND.

I guess I have no alternative but to bash your company on every social media, file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other sources.

All, I wanted was my REFUND. How HARD IS THAT????????????????????

Counterfeit Postage

My order from Bliss Cosmetics arrived at my Post Office with a notice that counterfeit postage was used. If I wanted my order I would need to pay another $16.60. What a SCAM!

I ordered a product over two months ago…

I ordered a product over two months ago and have written numerous emails. Had only one response saying it had been delivered, which it had not. I email them daily with no response of how to correct this. They have my money, but I don't have a product or any way of getting in touch. It has horrible customer service and I feel totally ripped off of my $100.00 with no way to get compensation.

Over a month since order and can't get…

Over a month since order and can't get an eta or tracking on order. Their money back guarantee means nothing if they can't provide tracking or give excuses. Every automated email response is from (one of the owners). Avoid this company at all cost. It is questionable Chinese product with no US support.

Horrible company

Horrible company. I placed an order on 9/30 and twice have received emails that the order has been shipped. I have never received anything. When I ask for a refund I am told they can’t issue refunds. So have paid for an order without receiving anything. Avoid doing any business with this company.

ve been genuinely pleased with the products I’ve tried from Bliss Cosmetics so far. The only minor annoyance has been opening the Botox cream — the aluminum seal is quite firm, so it takes a bit of effort. Not a major issue, just something to note.My main disappointment was actually with the shipping experience. I received a notification that my order had shipped, but the tracking information barely updated, so I had no real sense of where my package was during transit. For a while, I even questioned whether the company was legitimate or if I had fallen for another social media ad.In the end, the package did arrive safely and in perfect condition — it just took longer than I expected. The products have been worth it, but for future purchases, I might choose a brand that provides more consistent and transparent tracking updates for Bliss Cosmetics orders.

My Experience Was Complicated by my Credit Union!

My experience shopping was troublesome, because my Credit Union kept stopping the transaction. (Bliss was not the problem.) I wasn't able to buy the cream, because of the CU. If you want the biggest discount, the Black Friday discounts are deeper than prices on the website. Their sales pitch speaks the truth. I wrote to Bliss, explained my bank issues, and asked them to honor the price for the cream. I'm waiting for a response from them. I expect them to be honorable. I offered a different credit card for the cream. I noticed the company is in Latvia. That may be why mail is slow. We'll see how it goes from here. It's not their fault or my fault that my CU canceled part of my order. Please send me the cream, Bliss, & I'll give you a new number; I promise.

It took over 3 weeks to get my order…

It took over 3 weeks to get my order and then it was the wrong product... I ordered botox bliss elixir but received a different serum. I emailed their customer service to send me the correct product, and they said that they will do it. I will update the review if I receive the correct product finally.

I'm 69 and after 7 weeks my skin definitely feels smoother and looks brighter. The deep lines around my mouth have softened some. Packaging was beautiful and arrived quickly. Only reason for 4 stars is I expected faster results for the price, but I'm happy overall.

I ordered this product but was skeptical if it really works.
I waited months to comment because I wanted to make sure it works.

All I know is it works great. My skin is soft and smooth. I use it under SPF moisturizer and the combination is amazing.
My lines I had are not as noticeable.
I enjoy wearing this product.

I had doubts that their products would…

I had doubts that their products would work. After using botox bliss elixir for one month I noticed dark spots disappearing and wrinkles becoming less visible. I've used it for 3 months yesterday. Just yesterday I had my old friend compliment me on my skin. He was amazed that I was 70 yrs old. I won't ever be without this product.
