Placed an order that was never fulfilled. I had two responses saying they were trying to track the order and now, no response to any of my emails. I have requested a refund. Any reputable company would have immediately sent a replacement for an order that was lost, but I never received a tracking number or proof that it actually shipped. I would NEVER do business with them again, and do NOT recommend this company to anyone. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Received bras wrong size, informed them via email they replied I must send them back to get refund, the send back cost to China, £21.
Absolutely disgraceful do not use this company.

Wow I'm so surprised to see such a low rating. I am obsessed with Bliss. I was introduced to them through Laura Geller and they've absolutely changed my whole skincare routine. Amazing stuff and cruelty free. I've loved everything I've ordered so far and I have more in my cart right now lol

Waldorf art doll bij Bliss voor 36 euro. Made with love, vermeldt de doos. Geen enkele ster waard, goedkope prul..... Wij kwamen dezelfde pop tegen voor minder dan 9 euro op de site van Ali Express.

We hebben 2 x een aanbod gekregen om 10% en 15% terug te betalen. 50% is ons minimaal. Dan verdienen ze nog geld.

Niets meer kopen bij BLISS, maar dan is het goed MISS.

I ordered what I thought was 1 bottle, somehow I messed up & orders 3 BUT I didn’t get any deal from ordering more than 1.
Anyway order was placed on June 10th, $103.
It is Oct and there have been numerous emails where they promise the product will be shipped and I will be receiving a tracking number within 24 hours.
I am don’t think I will ever see anything. So disappointed in this company. I am very soon going to be telling everyone not to order from Bliss, it just throwing money away.
If I actually do get it, if it works as promised I may consider changing my review because I am not one to write bad reviews but 4 months is ridiculous!!!

Do not buy anything from this company. If you have an issue, they offer you $2 to keep the item. If you want to return it, it must be shipped to China, even though the address on the box it came in was local. Total scam.

Ordered Botox Bliss Elixir on July 6. After waiting for over a month I asked to cancel and get refunded. Still waiting for refund since August 17. It is now September 25 and I still haven't got the refund

I placed an order back in June 2025 and still have not received my order nor have I received a refund. I want answers and my refund now.

Ordered a product I saw advertised by an Instagram influencer I follow using her link.
Order never arrived and company do not reply to emails asking for update or refund.

Terrible customer service!!! I put a order in never received package. Never received my money back. After a week and package never left Bliss. I've received packages from China in less than a week. They are in Tennessee and I'm in Atlanta Georgia and they keep saying it's on the way. Never received it. Will contact B.B.B.

Fake. They take your money and never deliver product. Bliss was sold ti venture capital, these people put up a fake site.

I placed an order on which I was told that because I spent over $50 I had qualified for free shipping. After paying via PayPal I found I had been charged for shipping. After complaining I was told that free shipping only applied to United States residents. This was not mentioned before I ordered. I have argued my point since but to no avail. I have asked for the shipping cost to be reimbursed to me but they refuse. Anyone ordering from outside the United States BEWARE! This is total misrepresentation and is completely unfair.

After I washed my face I put the botox ex on and my skin has alot of gunk comes out with some black dead skin. Is it supposed to do that? I have used it about 2 week.

Wrote a review, but it was deleted before I had the chance to enter it. Botox Bliss Elixer. Bottle came in a small unmarked box, NO literature inside, NO instructions for use (I thought that was illegal!!), dark brown bottle has very small writing on back -- not instructions. NO return info. It would seem this outfit is operating on a thread. Since it promotes a "botox" replacement, I hesitate to use it without more info.

It has been. Almost a month and I have received products. When I finally got through to company I told them I wasn't going to pay when my card bill came in and was also going to put a complaint on Facebook. Got an email with tracking number on it but still waiting fir product. Realize noe product is made in China so this explains everything.
