Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Started my return my emailing them as requested. Waited weeks to hear back. Had to bombard them with emails. Message on all social media platforms. When someone finally got back to me and asked if I had been helped. Their reply was ‘sorry about that’ Would never EVER use the company based on the customer service alone. Even if the product is good. It’s not worth it. Don’t recommend. Don’t use them. There are plenty of other great options out there for hassle free nipple patches.

Do not order from this company, ordered from them beginning of June and still not recieved my order. I have sent multiple emails and haven't even had a response. Complete scam.

Total scam!

Ordered and selected 48 hour 'skip the queue' delivery but item wasn't dispatched for 5 days. I emailed to cancel the order before it was dispatched as I was going away, but this was ignored and dispatched anyway. I have emailed them 6 times and nothing has been replied to. I've now returned the order to sender in the hope they'll finally action it but it looks like the return address is just a fulfilment company anyway.
Terrible company - avoid them at all costs!

I’m wondering whether this is a scam company. Product never received and contact form and email not replied to. There’s no contact telephone number. Refund will have to be via another option. I would avoid this company. Something strange going on.

I returned an item to Try Breasties after requesting return instructions, which were significantly delayed.

I returned the item on 05/02/2026 with proof of delivery. Despite this, I have not received a refund.

I followed up multiple times via email, including on 28 Feb 2026, and only received a delayed response on 22 March 2026. No refund was issued.

I then attempted to raise the issue on social media, but my comments were removed and I was blocked.

I have also seen other customers on their Instagram reporting similar issues with refunds not being processed and lack of response.

Overall, my experience has been poor communication and failure to process a legitimate refund after a return.
