This company is a ripoff. I have tried multiple times to cancel subscription and keep getting shipments sent to an old address in a state I don't live in. I also keep getting billed, not to mention i never signed up for any membership. Stay away from this scam company.

They automatically signed us up for a subscription we DID NOT approve. There is no login to cancel and the emails and phone calls go no where, but yet we are charged and are responsible. What a scam and scum company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have sent multiple requests as per their stated policy to cancel by so-called "VIP subscription" which was underhandedly added to my original product order.

Their customer support must not even exist, or if it does they just simply never reply to you.

They continued to bill me for several months in spite of my cancellation attempts. I have reported them to my credit-card company.

Please do NOT do any business with this fraudulent company

Do not purchase anything from them. They will sign you up for a monthly membership without authorization and then state they can’t refund you.

As many others I ordered from here and after 10 days still no delivery. They just say it's in progress After 20 days I emailed that the order was obviously lost and asked for refund and that they should take it up with courier. Told they cannot refund once order is shipped and to keep waiting. After 30 days I exercised my right under Consumer Law (Consumer rights act 2015) to cancel the contract as they had failed to deliver within a reasonable time. Meanwhile another payment leaves my bank and I have an email that theyre "getting my order ready and will nbotify once it's shipped" I emailed straight back within an hour of their email saying I wasn't aware it was a recurring payment, It wasn't made clear at original checkout and to cancel this 2nd order and issue a refund...still hadn't received 1st order! Email back from them saying same as before that they can't refund once an order has been shipped...although by their own words... it wasn't shipped yet. I disputed both payments with my bank and was refunded for the 2nd, but struggling to get them for 1st. Bank advised to call fraud team. I eventually did get delivery way outside the 30 days "reasonable time" and emailed them to say I had cancelled the contract as they hadnt honored their end and would be returning the unopened product and they should advise me of return details... they ignored me. Set of absolute shysters! Don't let them win!

Scam beware! If I could leave a negative starred review I would. They sign you up for a monthly subscription without consent and then either ignore or only respond to requests to cancel when they have already shipped the next order. Cancellation of the subscription involves numerous convoluted steps and despite having been trying to do this for the last 2 weeks I have not been successful. I am now dealing with this through the fraud department of my credit card. DO NOT BUY THIS IS A SCAM!

Be careful they will hoodwink you into a subscription even if you don't tick anything. I saw no small print but my one off purchase turned into 3 months of payments. I have had to stop with bank as they sent no invoice with company details. Sneaky.

Do not order from them they set up a monthly payment! 😡

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t remember ordering anything and I never sign up for subscriptions of products, yet they had auto enrolled me for a subscription. Had to do quite a bit of sleuthing until I found their website and managed to unsubscribe. Avoid!

Would give zero stars if possible, never bought from them before and never will again.
They don’t mention when you order that it’s outside the Uk, they also say that goods will arrive within 5-7 working days but allow an extra 3…I ordered on the 17th Feb and just found out that my package still isn’t even in the UK yet.
Why are these companies allowed to advertise here and get away with this disgusting behaviour??
Ever likely people are being ripped off, I’m now wondering if the reviews on their website are fake.
Appalling company, don’t be drawn in by their claims to “help your liver” I discovered that I had been signed up to a subscription that I knew nothing about so they would have been taking money from me every month, no mention of that either, since then I have also found out their emails keep failing their domains authentication requirements as well.
Another company to be avoided.
