I paid for a buy one, get one deal. I was supposed to get two bags of 60 gummies but I only got one. When I contacted the company they said that the smaller 30 gummy bags were out so they put 60 gummies in one bag, which doesn't make any sense because I purchased a 60 gummy bag, and I should have gotten another one, if you read the reviews they do this to other customers too. So their buy one, get one deal is a scam. Also their product does not work for me. It says on their website that they have a "30 day guarantee, every time I say I want my money back because of the guarantee they just tell me that it is not eligible for return since it's a supplement. I dont want to return it because I used it and it didn't work for me, I want the 30 day guarantee. The customer service is absolutely garbage it takes them several days to answer and they don't actually address the questions or concerns they just repeat the same nonsense bullshit boiler plate language.

I ordered a subscription package and received the gummies a month later, only to have them really upset my stomach and make me puke so I requested a cancelation. They claim that they don't know how to cancel my subscription and keep taking $55 dollars out of my account. It's going on 2 months now.

In January 2025, I placed an order for a dietary supplement from Try Nutra Life after seeing an advertisement on Instagram. The ad promised delivery within 7-10 business days, and when I completed my payment, an automatic distance contract was formed.

However, despite ordering on January 16, 2025, I have not received my package to this day. I have reached out to their customer service multiple times, but they either take a long time to respond or try to brush me off with vague or conflicting answers. In one email, they told me I would receive a new tracking code soon, while in another, they said my case was being transferred to another department.

My order was part of a "Buy 2, Get 2 Free" deal, meaning I was supposed to receive four packs (each containing 60 gummies) for a total cost of $49.95. Since I never received my package, I requested a refund, but they have ignored my request.

To warn others, I reported their Instagram account to Meta, explaining that they are likely scamming customers. However, I noticed that they have disabled comments on all their posts—most likely to prevent victims from exposing them. Despite having over 19,000 followers, many of whom may have already been scammed, they continue advertising on Instagram.

I am disappointed that Instagram allows such fraudulent businesses to operate freely on its platform. This experience has made me question whether Instagram is still a safe place for online shopping, as it seems scammers can easily exploit users without consequences.

They advertised a 60 pack buy one get one, then send you one 60 pack and say you ordered a 30 pack but they “ran out of bags”

It’s a total scam.

Advertising buy 3 get 3 free with pictures of qty 60 bags. I paid for 3 to get 3 free and they only sent 3 bags.
7 customer service emails with 4 responses from the same rep spitting out the same incorrect response, saying that because the bag quantities are 60 instead of 30 , I was given the correct quantity. But all advertising clearly says 30 day supply is 2 gummies and that each bag is a 30 day supply. DO THE MATH. that's qty 60. i ordered 3 to get 3 free and they refuse to honor their ad. and no phone#

SCAM ALERT!
They write buy one bag and get one free, or buy tre and get 3 bags for free. As displayed on their page is bags with 60
gummies in each bag. But when you finally do receive a delivery after 1,5-2 months they write a note with it, that says “we didn’t have the small bags so we put two bags in one.” And when you count the gummies there is 60 gummies not 120. And then when you contact them they will write back that in their bags there are 30 gummies, so you recived 2 in 1 - 60 gummies. It is false advertisement to display bags with 60 gummies, and then write FREE on one bag if you buy a certain number.
You have 30 day qurantee as a customer as it says on their page, so i asked
for my money back because I didn’t receive what I ordered, and it took way too long to receive, I got the same standard answer and no solution to get the money back. I have written 5+ mails; with the same standard answer 3 times and they write so politely in the end “If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.”
Well I did reach out several times but they keep on sending a standard answer. So do not purchase from them!

I placed an order on November 8, 2024. The USPS shipping details they provided have no activity. I contacted customer support on January 7, 2025 and had to follow up on January 20th. On February 2nd, they replied claiming that there are an unusually high volume of order but could not give me an estimate of when I could expect my order. Over 3 months is a bit long to wait for an order but now I seem to be unable to get any response regarding a refund.

The gummies in package have an off putting smell like crude oil or other. They do not smell pleasant nor do they taste good at all. I have had other nutritional gummies from other brands and they have always had a pleasant flavour. I actually felt ill after eating two gummies which was very alarming for me. I searched website and discovered that they only have a gmail listed for contact us. The entire website is suspicious. Unfortunately I didn't notice this before as I ordered through ad on Facebook. In addition, I looked at the posts for ads on FB and all comments have been hidden or removed. The packaging has a misspelled name for company that its manufactured by. It has Manufactured for: Vital Source Natrition Inc. I am now suspicious of not only the legitimacy of this company but more importantly, the safety of this product.

After seeing the tracking advice had been updated to delivered, however the package had not been received I emailed the company to advise as such. It took some time to receive a response from Georgia who simply advised she was happy to advise me the delivery had been made. I again advised the delivery had not been received and given it was an office address it would have been received if it was delivered. In response Georgia again advised she was happy to advise this had been delivered and to check the mailbox or speak with neighbours. I again mentioned that it was an office address, where there is a staffed mailroom and no mailbox or neighbours. Not surprisingly I received an email from Georgia telling me she was happy to advise the delivery had been made. I have requested a refund on numerous occasions and have never had these requests answered. This is increasingly frustrating and more and more seems to be a scam to just get your money and not deliver on the product. Be warned!
