My 7yr son was diagnosed with ADHD and Level 1 autism last year. Before that we went threw all sorts of plans and charts and books to help us get thru our day to day life.
This product works! He has stopped wetting the bed. He's excited to go to school. He's calmer, but very much his happy, alert, sweet self. Bonus, he enjoys taking the gummies. Says that they taste good.
If you are a parent and just want your child to have a peaceful morning before school, it's worth a try. Please give it a full couple weeks before expecting a miracle.
But the change is evident and worth the extra smiles and hugs I get in the mornings now.

I give 4 Stars because I don't think the customer service is the best. I also do not appreciate that there is no warning that your subscription is about to be renewed. However, the gummies themselves...LIFE CHANGING! My 8 year old struggle for 2 years in school, I fought with the school about medication (they insisted he needed medications) I refused. May 2026 we started the gummies. By the end of June the child from 2 years ago was back. He has been so helpful, waaaay less arguing, almost no meltdowns. His sleep improved. His overall demeanor became more like himself again. We started with 1 gummy, I did not think it was doing much, so after 6 weeks I tried 2, 2 seems to be his sweet spot. I recently started my 5 year old on them as well since I read they help with bed wetting, he has been on them for almost 3 weeks, in those 3 weeks we have only had 3 accidents. THAT IS HUGE for him. Very grateful to have stumbled on these gummies, definitely has worked wonders for my boys.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I have never been so disappointed with a company ever. Like many of you I was hardcore targeted on instagram with their adds. On a wim I ordered 3 packs. They arrived.we tried and didn’t like them at all. Then a month later they send me 3 more (which I didn’t order ). They scam people by putting it on auto renew which obviously I knew nothing about. Tried sending them at least 10 emails with no response. Finally someone wrote me back making it impossible to return. Customer service was horrific. I’m from Canada so to return was going to cost me insane. Now I’m throwing 6 bags of this horrific product in the toilet. BE WARE. Do not ever purchase from this company. I wish I even read 1 review before buying. All the reviews on this page are AWFUL. what a real sham.

Terrible customer service. They clearly use AI. They took over a month to arrive, I initally emailed to see if this was standard as it would deter me from purchasing again. All they did was send a tracking link. I emailed again and the "rep" said it was not common, again sent a tracking link and said if it didnt arrive in a few days it would be escalated. It didnt arrive and I emailed again. Silence. So I left a review using the link that had been sent in one of their like 3 promotional emails I get a day... I received an email back again saying a senior rep would contact me and they "dropped the ball". Another rep then emailed me and... sent me a tracking link after they had actually finally arrived. I emailed back to say please do not send me another tracking link and that their customer service is horrible. No response.

Product itself seems okay but do NOT order directly from them. You will lose your mind if you need customer service.

It works! I have 3 with adhd one who also is non verbal autistic as well as adhd. Results showed immediately. My two 6 year olds who are hyper and emotional can now focus and draw. Without dampening their personalities. They won't be a zombie but they will calm down a lot and can focus. We are on day 5 and I've heard max results show in 7 days. Try it before you try medication.

We have our Grandson on the gummies and what a difference right now! He pays attention and is calmer. No fussing getting ready to go to school and is all excited to be back with his friends. I recommend this product to family and friends. I order ahead of time so he always has plenty. I am so happy we found this product!!!

didnt realize i had subscribed to monthly. two minutes after ordering i tried to cancel. told me too late already been shipped. this is a lie. i got a notice several days later saying it had just been shipped. if i want to send it back, i can at MY COST> i am not subscribing to something i have no idea if it works for my child or not, therefore i will not be even ordering one batch to try. will look for other resources. lots of promises via text and email to resolve my situation none of them followed through with.

Made our purchase and received Saphire gummies a few days ago. So far my 5 yr old enjoys taking them after his breakfast.

Terrible. Auto subscribed me without permission and then is refusing to cancel my subscription- sending me on a daily loop despite my emails and following their direction.
There is no way for consumers to unsubscribe on the website.
They have not offered a refund and continue to ship out their garbage to me without permission.

Signed up for the monthly subscription. Never received my order. Queried and requested an immediate cancellation and refund prior to the next monthly subscription. Their customer service stalled, pretending they couldn't find my order because the email I contacted them on was different, despite the order number and receipt being attached to the email. They referred me "higher up". I replied with the correct email and heard nothing. The next order was processed 3 days later and the requested cancellation ignored. Still don't have the original shipment. Avoid.

I had great customer service when I ahd questions about my order. Once I received my order everything was sealed and packaged well. I ordered the saphire happy chews for the purpose of helping with bedwetting. It's only been 5 days now of using them and out of the 5 days 2 have been dry! I did not expect results like that so soon (usually it would be every single night of waking up wet so 2 out of 5 is amazing!). So far very pleased with the product as well as the customer service!

This is a subscription scam. I ordered 1 time because I thought it couldn’t hurt to try it. Be warned the social media marketing strategy is not backed with any scientific studies and locks you into a subscription model.

Awful experience. I didn’t realize this was a subscription when I placed my first order. When my second order arrived I went to find how to cancel this and was mad I got charged a second time and that it was significantly more than the first. I couldn’t log into any account as my email tied with PayPal is overfull and hasn’t received new emails in months. I contacted customer support about being locked out and needing help canceling and instead of being supportive in my wishes to cancel they told me why I should continue. I explained they made my daughter not able to fall asleep at night and that I just wanted to cancel. They directed me instead to their webpage to log in and cancel which was the original reason of my contact because I couldn’t get in. I explained that and have heard no response back. I had to find a way to cancel my credit card on the subscription instead as they refused to help me during our communication.

We have had good results so far with my 3 1/2 yr old grandson. He has been on them about 2 months and we have seen a big difference in him during transition situations. He would always have melt downs when it was time to leave one situation and move on to the next one. He has been doing really well, he still has some feeling when we have to leave, but it has gotten a lot smoother now. We are still a work in progress.

I requested a cancelation of my account and order BEFORE the product ever shipped to me. I was ignored and then contacted after the product shipped several days later and then told I had to wait for the product to arrive before I could start the return process. Now I am being told I have to pay to ship a product back that I never wanted, tried to stop and waited over 6 weeks to get here.
I am so beyond disappointed in the business practices and customer service!

I bought this product to try and help my child and when it didnt work I tried to cancel and still have gotten nowhere!

This is a scam! I bought these for my friends little one who is turning 7 and struggles. After I’d bought them, she visited the site and the description is totally different. I messaged them several times to get a refund for false advertising and this was the latest response! **note! They have not even arrived yet! And are supposed to have a 60 day no questions money back guarantee!:

My shipment was missing and when I called customer service, I had my product in two days! Very helpful!

DONT BUY: they are THIEVES! They dont help you cancel the reccuring orders, then ships it, the refused to réinvites you without returning their product. Once returned and receive they NEVER REFUND you! Real shitry company!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to cancel as I didnt realize I got a subscription and my financial situation changed. Initially I thought my customer service experience was great when I asked to cancel. No pressure. Offered to take care of it. It must have been AI responses as now here we are weeks later and Im still getting charged. I receive an email from someone else telling me I still have a subscription and cant cancel through email even though I was told otherwise. I told them I want my last order (that I haven't yet received and likely wont for weeks as they dont even show shipped yet) refunded. Theyre refusing. Telling me I have to wait to receive them, send pictures making sure theyre unopened and in good condition then ship them back to them then I can apply for a refund. We also have been using them over 6 weeks with no noticeable changes. Absolute waste of money and absolutely garbage customer service. DO NOT BUY.

My son is ADHD and has taken methylphenidate since 3rd grade. We started him on Saphire chews 2 weeks before starting 6th grade. We could tell a noticeable difference in his mood the first 2 days, he is happier and is completing chores. This is his first week of school without meds only Saphire and a multivitamin. We are also staying away from artificial dyes as much as possible. So far, we can tell a huge improvement, praying this continues. Will update again in a few months.
