Feels very scam-like when it comes to trying to cancel your subscription. I had to email repeatedly, and they wouldn't assist me. They continued to send me the same email over and over. The cancellati... Voir plus

I have 3 grandchildren with ADHD who live with me. I did have reservations about yet another gummy and it did seem quite expensive. However, I decided to give them a go and I’m really pleased I have... Voir plus
They are nothing but thieves and scammers. When you make your first purchase, they offer you a subscription; I didn't accept it, yet they signed me up for monthly payments anyway—without my consent. I... Voir plus

Helpful!
We needed something that would help our young middle schooler focus, so she could get the grades we knew she was capable of. At the same time, we wanted something that would help her overall general mood a little. Using it in conjunction with other things recommended by her teachers has led to some positive results- and less emails home from the school!

Company is scamming people with fake sales ads
They had a black Friday sale that promised a lifetime subscription discount, which is not applying to my account
Their customer service responses sound very AI drive driven with no actual follow-through. Nobody seems to know anything about their black Friday promo and nobody has access to my account. They’ve stopped responding entirely.
At this point, it doesn’t really matter how good the product is because of the lack of transparency from the company itself we will not order. I’m not even sure I trust the product They are sending me.

The website lies about it being made in USA. It’s made in China
The website says it is made in the United States but I sent an email to ask where my package was when I had not received anything 6 weeks after ordering. I was told the package was held up in customs in China.
Why would it be shipping from China if it’s made in the USA? They chose not to respond to that question.

2 packages of Saphire Saffron Gummies
2 packages of Saphire Saffron Gummies. Ordered on Aug. 21 and never received. I have tried to email the company several times and have gotten NO reply. The phone number on the website just goes to a general voicemail and they never return call. The address for the company is a private condo in Jackson, Wyoming. I think this is a scam company. The website says that it is made and shipped from US and should arrive in a week. Then I did the tracking and it says China, the tracking stopped on Sept 3 and there is no other information.
