This was a return engagement with Tudno Tours, having traveled with them in 2024. When looking for guides for the 2026 trip, it was an easy decision to go with Trevor again. We had gotten along well in 2024 so there was no concern about spending the day (or in this case, 3 days) together in a vehicle. He put in the time prior to the trip to find what we were interested in doing, along with gathering a bit of a priority list. He sent me a possible itinerary well in advance of the trip along with options for changes and also some options if the weather was horrible. I was able to review the options, discuss with the traveling party, and reply with my thoughts. He factored those in, while letting me know which things might not fit the schedule I'd given, and worked out a trip plan that delivered. We had a great day (3 days) not only with what we saw, but learning more about the area and life in Wales in general while riding in the van. I have no issues strongly recommending Tudno Tours to anyone, especially if you want to look into places that may not be on the standard tourist coach route.

Trevor was a fabulous guide and so knowledgable about the area.

We hired Tudno Tours (Trevor - a retired geography and history teacher) and set off for Snowdonia (Eryri in Welsh) National Park. It was really "chucking" down rain, so we didn't get the views we wanted, but Trevor made up for it with history and stories.
We stopped in Betws-y-Coed, a picturesque village set near a waterfall, one detour to see a dragon (The artist also works on GOT.) and three castles--one traditional Welsh and the other two Edward I Long Shanks (Caernarfon and Conwy Castle).
It was the highlight of our stay in northern Wales!

We decided to do the snowdonia sight seeing trip as we had visited Llandudno 3 years running and not yet done it . I booked Tudnotours as my mum is in a wheelchair and not good walking . Our party was 6 adults ,Trevor picked us up promt and helped us all get settled , he even helped with my mum . He talked about the history of Wales / Llandudno and was very interesting . Trevor was amazing , nothing was too much trouble he genuinely enjoys his work , he even provided us with cups of tea and coffee and a biscuit to dunk !!! I and the other 5 members would highly recommend Trevor and Tudnotours .

Trevor was an incredible guide, with top notch service! He was knowledgeable about all areas, and gave excellent information. He was quick to communicate before the tour, and made the planning smooth. All aspects of the pre-arrangement went perfect, and we loved every minute of our time with him in Anglesey, Wales.

The best tour of our 12 day cruise. Booking the tour went with out a hassle, with many wonderful suggestions. Pick-up and drop-off very punctual. Tour was very informative and owner/guide went out of the way to make it a great day for us a party of 5.

Very knowledgeable and interesting tour guide in Trevor. A great day of learning about the history of Wales

We had custom/private tours on back to back days. Trevor our guide took the somewhat vague list of "wants" that I provided and built two tours that managed to solidly hit all the vague wants. As a result, we got to see the things that I thought I might want to see in Wales as well as a few things that I didn't know I wanted to see until I saw them. In addition, his personality meshed well with us. We were a small group (3) so a personality conflict would have been a problem. It was NOT a problem. When meeting a guide for the first time, there's a certain amount of apprehension. By the time we reached our first stop, any apprehension was replaced with comfort. To summarize: quality planning, pleasant personality, and adaptability to changes in weather (a real factor in Wales) and changes in our interests (a real factor with the three of us in our group). Would definitely recommend Tudnotours.

Trevor was excellent! We arranged for a private tour for 6 when in Wales and it was terrific. We hit so many sites that the bigger groups cannot get to and his local knowledge was great.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. Two great tours, each of just the right length. The Slate Museum, falls and Caernarfon castle were some of the highlights. Highly recommend Trevor and his tours!

Our Tudno Tour guide Trevor exceeded expectations! He kept in daily communication as to our starting time and our own proposed itinerary …. Even making helpful suggestions and several improvements!! He took a scenic route if it made sense and told the most delightful stories and legends of the area. We could not have had a better experience!!

What a great two days tours absolutely brilliant. He's very good at his Job knows places you wouldn't even know were there even a cup of coffee or tea can't recamend enough cheers for two great tours thanks from Martin and Sandra.

We booked the Anglesey tour and Trevor arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable
We had a full tour of the Island with photo stops and time to explore. We also had refreshments stops and Trevor ensured we were all happy with the pace. We would definitely recommend this tour

Einfach super
So spontan und unkompliziert stellt man sich einen Guide vor. Er passte die Tour spontan den wünschen der Teilnehmer und dem Wetter an. Wir haben bei der Tour durch Wales von Trevor sehr viel über Sprache und der Kultur von diesem schönen stückchen Erde erfahren.
Trevor ist eine gute Wahl und jeden Cent bzw. Penny wert.
