I ordered a Casio watch that was never delivered.
Numerous excuses (time after time), but no watch after five-weeks. Needless to say, I would be hesitant to ever order again.

Numerous excuses (time after time), but no watch after five-weeks. Needless to say, I would be hesitant to ever order again.
The absolute worst experience. They use to be wonderful, when you could actually talk to someone. Now you don’t hear anything for weeks. Then nothing is solved. I have been trying to exchange a ring for over a year now. I bought a shipping label through their site, never worked and I was prompted to call the shipping company. They had no idea what I was talking about since they didn’t sell it to me. Ofcoarse it was impossible to get to anyone from this company so I just shipped it paying again. Haven’t heard anything in months and I can’t get anyone to contact me. Basically stole my money!
Absolutely terrible. Run from these people. They don’t answer calls or emails. My order is sitting in pre-shipment for a week. Will be filing a PayPal dispute. You call and can’t get anyone on the phone. What kind of customer service is that. I believe they are crooks, and stole my 80.00
I called them 6 hours after I had realized that amazon pay had used the wrong address. There voicemail does not let you explain your problem and there website does not let you change anything right after your order is placed, it tells you to call customer service but then it says in fine print that it takes 1-2 business days to reply back so really there is no way you could edit or change an order and they deliberately make it that way. Very un-friendly consumer practices, they would not isssue me a refund or resend me a ring even after I offered to repay for the shipping cost and had pictures of when I called before 24 hrs after noticing the mistake on the address. Now I will have to contest this with my bank.
Customer service is beyond poor. If you can get someone on the phone don't expect much help. My package, which I put insurance on, is lost in a void at the usps. I left a message a got no call back from this seller. I finally spoke to someone after many calls to be told the delivery date is an estimate and he would check on it. Haven't heard from him and it's been three days and I can't get a person on the phone. Why have insurance if you can't get anyone on the phone to tell them to replace what is lost. I will be glad when this is resolved. I will NEVER use this company again. The product quality means nothing in the face of customer abandonment.
I purchased a ring from Tungsten Affinity and come to find it was a touch too large. I called and spoke with Kristen and she was amazing. She walked me through getting my ring back to them and they had my new ring back to me 2 days after they received the exchange. Simply amazing!
