Great product, even better customer service! I have the TS20 and had an issue with the heating component. Contacted costumer service and Britany was a pleasure to work with. This is a great unit for small spaces—a lot of heat output for a small machine, crackling sound & fire doesn’t look “fake”, great vibe! Highly recommend this company. Will be a return customer!

On searching for a AC unit, l purchased this brand that l have never heard of. I'm thankful that l found one that met our needs. Had an issue with the remote and the staff helped me with it quickly. Purchased our portable a/c unit August 15, 2023 and it was great until the blower fan for the a/c side came apart. I contacted the company on March 26,2024 and on April 2, 2024 they delivered a complete new unit. They requested a few few pictures of the problem and immediately contacted me to let me know a replacement would be sent and it was......Thank you for your prompt response to our problem. Definetly reccomend this company!

I cannot express how wonderful my customer service experience was. We had an issue with our electric fireplace that was purchased a few months ago on Amazon. The service I received was incredibly polite, patient, and willing to help us try and fix the problem. In the end they provided us with a refund/giftcard to replace our heater. We researched several fireplace options but ended up going with Turbro. They had the cleanest looking fireplace and I liked the features. Got it on sale, great! Got it delivered and it worked great for quite awhile. Then the control button for the heater stopped working. Emailed customer service and sent them the serial number. A week later they sent us a replacement unit, told us to keep the original. Not sure how they can afford to do that, but I’m not complaining. Great customer service, prompt and respectful. Would definitely buy from them again. Thanks

We initially ordered our fireplace from Amazon and when installed it was very loud. We reached out to customer service to ask if they had any suggestions and after sending them a video of the noise. The customer service rep quickly replies and informed us they were shipping us a new unit. We were able to replace the noisy unit with a new unit that is much quite and meets the expectations. The customer service was easy to work with and we love our new unit.

I recently purchased the TURBRO electric logs and it stopped working and I’ve called and left voicemail and sent several messages and emails but no one has responded back yet. Please contact me as soon as possible.

I recently had a difficulty with my remote control on my turbo fireplace heater purchased in October 2022. I called the company and explained my situation. I was unable to turn on the unit I loved because my remote no longer functioned. On January 30, 2024 the company sent me a new unit. The interaction was above and beyond and The gentleman could give lessons in customer service. No hassle despite the fact the warranty expired. My unit now works as it did. I am one satisfied customer.

The heater is great. My wife and I really like the heater. Customer service is excellent. We purchased our heater from Amazon. Upon arrival, we found that the crackling sound was not working. I emailed Support, which promptly shipped a replacement heater. New heater works great. I would recommend the heater and the company to anyone.

The greatest customer service!!!. Had a TS23 for 11 months and the heating unit went out. Britany and Maria were fantastic in helping me deal with this. A few pics and video later, bada boom- bada bing, it was replaced with
a TS25. Super happy with TURBRO.

I ordered the 22 inch electric log set from Turbo directly (they had the best price on my research). I received the order within a few days but it was all cracked apart on top of the unit. I immediately contacted customer service, they had me take photos and email to them. Turbo apologized for inconvenience and immediately replaced the log set delivered within one day. I love the log set, it looks beautiful and is nice and warm. I highly recommend this product, you won't be disappointed.

The customer service I received was Outstanding!! I ordered my fireplace a couple of months ago for my new addition at my home. When we opened up the box of the Turbro unit we were set to install we found the glass cover to the unit was shattered. I emailed their customer service expecting a huge hassle to get the unit or the glass replaced. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the process. My replacement glass was received only a few days later.
I will definitely be recommending Turbro to all my family and friends!!!
