From order to delivery, 4 days. Wanted something really special for our dearly departed and missed 26 year old African Grey parrot and this certainly is remarkable. The price really didn’t matter because it was in honour and memory.

Hello, I had text put on the picture, and that was good , but the text also showed up on the bottom of the portrait where it folds around the frame, also it just didn't seem to hug the frame very well, it was a little loose.
Everything else was good, and font was a good choice

I bought two separate wedding photo gifts for my 2 recently married daughters. I bought both of them the 18x24 size portrait and they both turned out beautifully.

Final product excellent. Shipping took longer than expected. Order early if expect to arrive for an occasion such as anniversary…

It was a 1st wedding anniversary present for my husband and he loved it. The process was really easy and it was quite difficult to choose between the samples sent over before finalising the design. Would highly recommend.

I was supposed to receive two prints, only received one. The second one never got delivered or stolen. I’ve sent multiple emails and still have not got my refund for my second print that never got to me. Horrible customer service

You guys installed it upside down. I hope the things on the wall is on the bottom of the picture not the top. I’m going to now have to either break the CEO! and flip the photo around or figure out how to move that piece to the top.

These are just simple photoshop actions, takes 30 seconds to complete. but they advertise them as REAL watercolours and it's soooooo frustrating thinking you're buying a REAL watercolour painting, but you get a cheap digital photoshop action instead.😡😡😡

This is my 2nd time ordering a canvas. It came out amazing. I sent in 3 different photos of my dad who just passed at the age of 92. Turned Art did an amazing job of putting the 3 photos of him on 1 canvas. The colors are amazing and now I can see my dad come to life in 3 different ways on 1 canvas. It is priceless!!!
