The holiday met my expectations, and more

We had a fantastic Easter holiday in Malaysia, spending time in both Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi. Everything was very well organised, and the travel arrangements made the journey smooth and stress-free — particularly the seamless transfer through Kuala Lumpur International Airport and the excellent service from Malaysia Airlines in Langkawi, where our luggage was checked all the way through to London.

A special mention also to Bethany, Bella, and the concierge team, who were exceptional throughout the process. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and support really helped make the whole experience effortless from start to finish.

Langkawi was a real highlight for our family. Our daughter absolutely loved the kids’ club and made lots of friends during our stay — she’s even keeping in touch with one friend from Australia. The mangrove tour was a wonderful experience, and the golf arrangements were excellent as well.

Overall, Malaysia exceeded our expectations, and our daughter has officially declared it her favourite destination so far!

Five star experience thank you. Spent a week at the Bequia Beach Hotel on Turquoise recommendation. We travelled again with them, having gone to Mauritius last year. Efficient, good communications, great suggestions for eating out, daytime, etc. Thank you

Absolutely everything went perfectly. We’d booked flights independently but having provided Turquoise with our flight details and booked the accommodation through them we felt confident it would be seamless. We were not wrong - everything was perfect from being met off the plane to being delivered to the door of the loveliest lodge.

The level of comms combined with the use of the Turquoise app gave us everything we needed.

The staff at the lodge were fantastic and we were fortunate to have a brilliant and knowledgeable tracker Terekula for all 14 of our game drives.

Ease of booking and setting of requirments. Had an issue with hotel with the room in a dire state and Antony was amazing in rectifying the issue, and directly liaising with the hotel on our behalf. Would use again and we think highly of Antony in particular!

We booked a family holiday to South Africa. It included Cape Town, Safari at Madikwe then onto Mauritius. The whole holiday was amazing from start to finish. Would definitely book again with Turquoise Holidays. My only thing is I didnt get a follow up call on return home to see how holiday was. If I had received that call they would of got a booking straight away. Fantastic holiday snd service from staff.

Jonty and Turquoise are absolutely and totally exceptional !!! My holiday to Singapore and Australia was orchestrated to expert detail by Jonty. I was incredibly impressed by the speed and professionalism delivered. Nothing was too much trouble and the support and dedication was beyond words.

Jonty listened to my ideas expectations and most importantly designed my trips to fit around my family who are temporarily living in Australia. Every flight and pick up went so smoothly no hick up’s or concerns. My hotel accomodation/apartments were all to an incredibly high standard. Jonty created an excellent itinerary for our trip to Hong Kong and Australia. The travel arrangements were seamless and the choice of hotels excellent. Turquoise arranged a magical trip to the Maldives for a special occasion. On their recommendation we chose resorts that offered unrivalled scuba diving experiences and we enjoyed moving from one sister resort to another halfway through, this suited us well. Our return journey was hugely disrupted by the outbreak of war in the Gulf and Turquoise could not have done more in terms of getting us home safely on alternative flights. We hugely appreciated their efforts

Unfortunately I was affected by the closure of Qatar, due to the war, which meant that I could not spend the 3 days in Doha, which were booked and paid for.
Turquoise Holidays performed miracles to get me direct flights to Male, so that my holiday to The Maldives could go ahead as planned.
