Stuck in Fl and cannot get to home area

Came to FL from our home area in PA on 1-14-2024: on 4-14-2024. TV screen said to change home area by 4-14-2024; tried to change it , but would not allow us to change home area to FL. We are stuck in FL, because a close friend was in a serious accident; within the past few days the friend has died and will be having a special service on 5-18-2024 and will be staying until then. so we are stuck here in FL until after 5-18-2024 and then back home to our home area in PA.

It is so ridiculous not to have a phone # discuss our situation. We have spend tns of hours trying to reach youtube TV while grieving, but NOOOOO!

HELP!!!

I'm a Canadian that spends 4-6 months a year in Myrtle Beach for the past 10 years. I tried installing YoutubeTV on Apple TV as well as Amazon Firestick for the past 2 years but everytime I get denied. Probably because I am Canadian snowbird I guess??? I have a US address, a US IP address yet I can't even download the app while I'm in the USA. Maybe the fact that my credit card has been Canadian issued ? I just can't understand why web companies are refusing business from visitors to their country. That sucks!

34 months of being over charged…

34 months of being over charged !!!First off I love you product...BUT...I just went back to 2/17/21 and 2/22/21 up to the present day and found double billing per month starting 2/17/21 = 34 months and through a broken chat session I was only able to secure 4 months of refunding = = 30 months of double billing =$1950.00 of overcharging. After you realize that at this same billing address there is only my husband John and myself (Susan) and we didn't get any more service from your company(Google) than using only one of these double billings !!! How and Why in 1/18/21 we were correctly single billed (one house and one retired elderly couple) and then starting 2/17/21 we get double billed per month...Why ? It is my hope that your multi billion dollar company will make right on this mistaken billing without employing the BBB (Better Business Bureau), lawyer or possible small claims court action. We're retired, on a fixed income and have Many other uses for the $1950 than lining Googles pockets any more than our single $72.99/ month needs to be earmarked for. Sincerely... {{Redacted}}

Dear Duly Appointed YouTube/Google Associate/Agent/Assign/Representative: I am & have been a user of YouTube/Google for many years with more than 1 affiliated channel. For many years, I had a hosted YouTube channel with several uploads from 2009. The channel appears to have been removed from YouTube entirely. Why/how would/could this be the case? The channel for which I inquire is/was @Xenoartist I searched today for this channel and the associated uploads from said apparently removed/deleted/deactivated channel, and again, there were absolutely no results available from the search engine within the YouTube application/web site. Is YouTube/Google in the habit of uploading channels to conserve server space? Does YouTube/Google allege that said uploads violated one or more policies of YouTube for reasons such as objectionable content, adult content, inherently inhumane subject matter, copyright infringement, or other category of policy violation? Does Google/YouTube allege that "fake blood"/"fake killing" is "real violence" and therefore objectionable for children to view? If ANY of the aforementioned is TRUE, would YouTube/Google allow these videos to be uploaded again with a newly created channel if each video was edited to contain a prefaced warning label at the beginning of each video indicating that the content may be sensitive material for some viewers and therefore for adult viewing only or the issuance of a "PG" rating so that adults with children clearly understand that they must be physically present & attendant at the time of their children viewing said re-uploaded videos with content intended for mature viewership? Alternatively, does YouTube/Google have settings available for users/content creators/uploaders to set automated parameters that prevent persons under the age of 18 from viewing material that contains artificial violence (often of a science fiction nature) directed toward tangible physical yet fictional characters made from modeling clay? Hi I am writing because I have a complaint. It all started when I noticed a charge on my bank statement from GOOGLE *YT PRIMETIME MOUNTAIN VIEWCAUS for $490.53 Saturday (Sept 23) morning. I did not recognize this name or charge, so I put a stop payment on it due to knowing that I did not get anything that cost $490.53 recently and there has been a lot of fraud going on. Back on September 10, 2023, I ordered the NFL Sunday Ticket for $449, however due to the $50 off discount, it would be $399.00 before taxes. The gentleman (on the 10th) asked if I wanted the 7 day free trial first and then after the trial was over, I would be charged $399. I said yes. I received an email that same day with the membership details. It stated that the billing started September 17, 2023 for $399.00 before taxes. (I attached the email to this letter.) It also stated that in 2024, the price would go up to $449.00. As you will see, that order number is: YPC.CRHK-WQ6H-V8A2-HAX8. When the charge of $490.53 came up on my bank statement Saturday, I didnt recognize it because it should have been $399.00 plus tax. Yesterday (Sunday September 24), I called customer service to ask if that charge came from the NFL Sunday Ticket and why it was that amount. The first gentleman that I spoke to explained that since the $50 off discount ended during my free trial time, the main charge now for NFL Ticket was $449.00 plus taxes. I totally understood what he was saying, but what upset me was the fact that he would not listen to me when I was trying to explain to him that I had this email from you guys stating that the cost would be $399 even after the trial period. He still would not listen. Then further on into the conversation, he stated that on September 17th, my credit card was charged but it would not go through due to insignificant funds in my account. I looked at my bank statement at that time, and saw no attempt to charge anything was not made that day. The customer service gentleman told me (rudely, I felt) that it was my banks fault and that they were the ones that screwed up. So, today I took time off from work to go to my bank personally. They told me that on the 17th, I had enough money (a little over $500) in my account. Also, while I was at the bank, they told me that there were no attempts to charge my credit card that day. I asked the same gentleman on the phone as to how much I was charged on the 17th, and he said $490.53. I was expecting only $399.00 plus tax like my email said, not $490.53. Then the same gentleman said that my card was charged (for $490.53) on the 21st but was denied again because of insignificant funds in my account. On the 21st of this month, (and according to my bank) I had enough money to cover $399 plus tax (like it was supposed to be not $490.53). Again, my bank said no charges were attempted on the 21st. All this time, I had enough money to cover $399 plus tax. Since the first gentleman would not listen to me, I asked to speak to his supervisor. When the second gentleman got on the phone, he told me the very same thing, however this guy told me that it was on the 18th of this month that they first attempted to change my credit card, not the 17th like the gentleman before said. Again, I still had enough money in my account for $399 plus tax. The second man would not listen to me as well, especially when I tried to explain the email that I got with my membership details. After I tried to explain what the email about the cost said, both men said nothing. There was always a little pause and then after a bit, both men would ask me if I needed anything else. That happened several times. Finally, the second man asked if I wanted to just cancel my membership. After a bit, I said yes (I was then tired). So, at this moment, my NFL Sunday Ticket is cancelled. I am sending this email because I am pissed off about yesterdays phone call and how those two men acted and treated me. If need be, I believe I okayed for both phone calls to be recorded for training (Sept 10th and Sept 24th.) I would really like to go through you for the NFL Sunday Ticket, but if that is how I am going to be treated, Ill get the games elsewhere. If I need to, I will email copies of my bank statement to you. Thank you for reading my email and complaints. My youtube tv isn't working, freezes and goes fast forward on its ownMany, many times the show I'm watching on TV will freeze up and the screen will go black and it will go away. So I have to enter back into YouTubeTV. Many times it will freeze and then go fast motion. It's happened so many times since we got this 6 months ago. Not right to charge $80/mo. with NO customer service! -- The numbers listed are too good! I sent feedback on YTTV app multiple times with responsive email but finally got helpline number and my problem got resolved

Thought I was signing up for a free trial it took $99.75
Charged $99.75 for what I thought was a free trial. Very deceiving. Looking at the add/ sale for Sunday Ticket, it leads one to believe it is a free trial, it is not. If I would have known ahead of time my team SF Forty Niners were Blacked out in my area, I would have never even concider a trial. Let alone provide my payment info
