Very happy with the quality of the Windows and installation. Only problem was that I asked them if I could change the handles several times in the process and I kept getting fibbed off and it was never done.

Pirnar door fitted well by Guy and Wayne is secure and soundproof.

I had to wait some months for the installation of my glass door with side window but when it was installed I realised it was well worth the wait. The strong wood frames and window look very smart and cannot be faulted and the workmanship is first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending the service.

TVW fitted a large bow window for me to match my existing windows. I chose them because years ago they fitted a conservatory having improved on my design and I have been extremely pleased with it. The window was well up to their previous work and I would thoroughly recommend them.

This is the second installation carried out by TVW at our house, and we're happy to say it went just as well as the first.
The installation team worked very hard, and were very good at listening to our requirements in terms of which order the windows should be replaced, which they accommodated without fuss.
The fit and finish is excellent throughout, and the quality of the product is also excellent. Although you can never say that this process would not be disruptive in some ways, it was certainly much better than we had expected. All was left clean and tidy afterwards. A first class service from design to installation from all at TVW, and extremely good value too. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had new windows and three sets of sliding doors from TVW. Visiting the showroom enabled us to see the quality of the doors and windows. The whole process was well managed and we had the continuity of an account manager to ensure everything went smoothly. Everything was fitted witin the promised timeline and we are really pleased with the results. I can highly recoomend.

Worked hard in adverse weather to complete the job, very pleased with work

Repair needed to a hinge of our 6 fold opening windows Contacting Thames valley Windows was easy. Sending pictures and a verbal description enabled the spare parts to be ordered straight away. I was kept informed by email at all times Although there was a few weeks wait for the service visit the engineer arrived on time and swiftly got the job done with no fuss or bother. Excellent. Would highly recommend

We had a really great experience with Thames Valley Windows. They are a family run and owned company and it really shows. Very thorough survey to make sure that everything was going to go smoothly. Really good communications about when our windows would be available, and planning ahead to the installation. The installation itself was so clean - not a speck of anything left, and other than the fact that they were brand spanking new, you couldn't tell that the windows had just been put in and old ones ripped out.
