Tweakit Avis 

I never leave bad reviews but received an email after I assumed the company had closed down so thought I would just incase they do the same to anyone else. I enjoyed the body wash and decided to sign up for the subscription. It never arrived. I reached out on different platforms but with no reply and eventually noticed their website no longer existed. I left it a bit longer and eventually got in touch with my bank who kindly refunded the money. However Tweakit challenged the refund request which I thought was odd considering the tracking showed it had never been delivered.
I’m sorry this small business didn’t work out and I understand there are people at the centre of this but giving your customers no warning, ignoring their attempts to find out what’s going on and then challenging their refund requests isn’t fair

I ordered the shampoo and conditioner bottles and subscription. Only one of the bottles worked, but I didn't bother trying to get a new one because I didn't like the product. The shampoo didn't foam and was an unpleasant texture, conditioner seemed ok but didn't use it much (broken pump bottle). The link on the email to cancel didn't lead to a way to cancel. I emailed a couple of times. Had no reply, so paid for a couple of months of the subs before it finally stopped with no communication.

I didn’t receive the product due to some customs issue and never got an answer back from the company. They only once responded to an email and then never again

Great idea, love the sustainability side but do not like the scent. I expected the texture to be different to other shampoo and conditioner due to mixing it yourself but in my opinion it smells like bathroom cleaner. The shampoo does clean well but my hair feels drier than normal. I will be cancelling my subscription which is a shame because I was excited about the sustainability side of the product.

Love the idea. But product isn't that great. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair dry and tangled. Body wash smells amazing.
Seem to need more pumps of the bottle to actually get it to work.
Sorry, I will not be buying again.

Great service. Nice looking products. Very happy with the shampoo and body wash. I'm still undecided if the conditioner is good enough for my hair. I will hopefully adjust.

Im not a massive fan of the heavily scented retail store shampoos, but didn’t want to spend more money for something that did the same thing, which is wash and condition. Tweakit smell (peach & Lemon) is fantastic and lathers up so well. Also the mixing and shaking experience is super cool. I’m now going to subscribe having given it a 1 month trial period.

A friend of mine bought me the duo set as a gift.. I’ve been delighted. Its always nice to know as well that its completely natural and full of good ingredients.

I have always been a big sceptic of products of suitable products, as the performance doesn’t always live up to the expectation, that’s until I came across Tweakit. I also chose the wrong scent and there customer support team were brilliant in sending me out the correct one.

I have been using TweakIt for a while now and I LOVE it. It smells amazing and keeps my hair nice and soft.
I run a villa in Spain for holiday rentals and we now supply TweakIt to all our guests and have had great feedback. It also complies with our eco friendly business we run. I highly recommend this product

After using tweakit for nearly 3 months, my hair has never felt and looked better. There are definitely some longer lasting benefits to your hair as its in powder form and therefore more concentrated. The scent is also lush. Highly recommended.

Totally in love with this product!! So easy and fun to use - my kids who are budding scientists love mixing the tweakit products! Smells Devine, eco friendly and leaves everything feeling soft! Revolutionary!!!

Absolutely obsessed with this product..!!! So easy and fun to mix, me and my children absolutely love the smell and how it makes out hair feel. The body wash also smell insane and leave our skin feeling soft and clean. Highly recommend..!!

Intrigued by the eco friendly label, but it did not work at all for my hair.
To begin with the deliverycost was very high for the Netherlands which made it even more expensive, yet it was fast, in like 6 days arrived.
Then the formulation, I though i should use hot water but reading again it said warm. I added the warm to hot water and it didn't dissolve for the conditioner, now it has the formule with water. The spampoo did better. Still some pieces did not dissolve after shaking like crazy.
Then the results, my hair was clean with a cost. My hair stick toghether to clots and it was not soft at all. It is that i am a eco friendly person otherwise i would throw it away. The smell was gone fast and was too sweet which almost makes me sick. My hair is dark blond thick straight with a litlle curl once in a while btw. The botlles were way smaller than i thought so that was dissapointing too. And no note for me what i ussually get with small bussiness, perhaps becoming too big.
These reasons make that i give it only 2 stars and i am going back to my old shampoo in plastic.

Such an amazing company! The powder to liquid formulation is a really cool idea and the peach and lemon scent smells unreal. Recommend to anyone looking at a more sustainable way of living.

The product is not great

Love the idea, but few hours after using this product my hair was greasy.
It didn’t feel clean after showering and after two uses I got an allergic reaction.

Again it’s a great idea, but the execution; not so much.

After struggling for years with an itchy dry scalp and using many products, nothings helped me quite like Tweakit. It’s so simple to mix and there’s a real fun aspect to it. I will definitely be repurchasing!

The shampoo does not plaster. My hair greasier than ever. There is no customer support page. The idea is cool and all, but i would not recommend this shampoo or condicioner to anyone. Maybe with years it will be better

Brought these because I saw them advertise on tiktok, really enjoyed the process of mixing up the powders with the water and nice formula for the shampoo and conditioner, would definitely repurchase
