Great customer service
I’ve had a great experience with Twelve Data so far. Their support team really took the time to understand what I needed and responded in a reasonable and helpful way.
I also tested their data speed, and it has been good for my use case. Liam was especially friendly and helpful throughout the process.
Overall, I’m impressed with their customer service and how seriously they listen to feedback.

At that moment we did not have the indices, thats why you could not find S&P 500 few month ago. And the system should you stocks and ETFs available under the same ticker. Great but can be better
it‘s really good，but it‘s not cheap if want to use the full websocket. Hope in the future, the user can pay for the single access like wti future for who only want to get, or can choose to subscribe certain things rather than buy a range of data.
