Wonderful customer service
I ordered a pair of shoes online from a brand I've bought before, in my normal size. They arrived promptly but were too small, so I called the store to ask about swapping for a larger size. A member of staff immediately set a pair aside and another emailed me telling me to reorder the new pair and return the first. The second pair was sent out as soon as my online order dropped. Charming, friendly and utterly helpful people. Pity the second pair was too big but not their fault. I'd definitely shop here again.

A fabulous shop...
A fabulous shop...impossible to leave empty handed! Beautiful 'must have' labels. Great staff who give good advice and know how to put it all together. Have given up going to London to shop...who needs to with Twenty on my doorstep!
