The Perfect Belted Tie Skirt
The delivery of my Belted Tie Skirt was slightly delayed because of Easter but it arrived promptly on Tuesday and I am thrilled with it. A very good weight , perfect fit (size 12) and length . It is just a bit different to all the denim skirts one sees and I am sure my friends are going to ask where I got it from. I would have liked pockets but I suppose I can’t have everything!

Mixed experience on delivery and communication
Ordered in stock item on 23rd March and have not received yet. Sent a number of emails with no response yet from over a week ago. I don’t mind delays but the frustration is in not having any communication and not being able to speak to anyone. Have bought quite a few things over the years and number of other items have been sent very promptly so a mixed experience.

Did the cat get at these??
I ordered the Cuff Jean in deep sage which arrived as usual in a lovely tote bag (quite unnecessary as I have collected a few now, it would be a good idea to ask if you want any more?). Anyway, what can I say about the jeans?! From the waist to the upper thigh, very nice and then they were far too voluminous which is not flattering unless you are pin thin, too short by about 3 inches - I wanted a 'cropped' slightly above ankle trouser but I am 5'10" (which is the same as the model) and they were way shorter than the picture, but worst of all was the fabric, it looked like the cat had got at it, all pulled and bobbled looking. They had to go straight back. Come on Wiggy, I loved your clothes a couple of seasons ago but now they seem to have lost their way and I am not finding anything I like, sad times!!

We’re really sorry to hear that the new Cuff Jean wasn’t to your taste and know how disappointing it is when something doesn’t live up to expectations, especially when you’ve previously loved our pieces.
This style was actually based on a similar design we did before, using the same picked denim but in a different colour, which proved to be very popular and completely sold out. That said, we completely appreciate that this version of a jean just didn’t work for you.
We don’t have the functionality to offer an opt-out service for receiving a tote bag, but it’s something we will absolutely look at for the future as we understand many of our returning customers have collected a few.
We’re very grateful for your continued support over the seasons and truly hope we’ll have something in an upcoming collection that you fall in love with again.

I’m really sorry to say, this company lets itself down by how it deals with returns. The clothes are incredibly expensive, and it’s reasonable to expect good service as part of the customer experience. I’m not sure I’d purchase again unless they had an actual store. Life is too busy already to chase people up.

Wicked Wiggy Kit
This is the first time I have shopped at Wiggy Kit and so impressed. I purchased the black keyhole sweater and Benedict trousers. Confirmation notifications were on point, the order was dispatched without any delay and arrived well packaged, protecting the much anticipated ‘box’ from the elements (my pet hate is couriers just leaving packages on the doorstep come rain or shine - more often rain in Scotland). Both items were gorgeous, unusual and a cut above in terms of quality. Unfortunately the Benedict trousers were a bit on the large size and I decided to return them. This process was straightforward and I have been kept up to date regarding refund. In summary my experience was marvellous and I will be returning and recommending others to view.
