My daughter’s 18th celebration
We received our dresses yesterday and we all absolutely love and adore them, and they all fitted perfectly which was such an amazing relief. We can't tell you how much we appreciate everything and the brilliant & friendly service, the extremely fast shipping and delivery of the dresses was remarkable, the quality of the dresses were breathtaking, and the price value is unbelievable. Great experience every time. I have several dresses from Two Sisters the Label and love all of them. True to size, quality dresses and arrive within a week (I’m nz based).
I’ve returned one because I didn’t like how it looked on me and the process was really easy, credit applied to my account straight away.

Beautiful, amazing quality
I wore this dress for my engagement party and absolutely loved it. The sizing was accurate, the quality was amazing. The tan coloured material under the lace was a little darker than I had expected but it was still nice. Due to the backless design and having a bigger bust I had to strategically tape my boobies into place but it worked out well. Overall loved the dress.

Faulty, Bad Quality
Note: Two Sisters did not post this review on their website even though it was submitted. When asked, they said they did not post reviews they found irrelevant.
Brienne Dress in Navy
I purchased this dress for a very special occasion quite a few weeks in advance, I tried it on and ot fit very nicely. Unfortunately, when I put it on the day I was to wear it, I noticed lots of holes appearing all over the dress. As I was on my way out the door with no other dress to wear, and the holes were only on the outer layer (the lining was intact), I had no choice but to wear it. It was a bit embarrassing, and disappointing considering the cost.
The policy is that once the dress has been worn they do not offer refunds, so I was only able to get $23 back for repairs.
As it appears the dress is faulty with loose stitching for the stretchy material, this will not be enough to cover the cost of current and future repairs.
I would recommend moving around in the dress when you try it on, so that you can be sure you don’t have the same fault and can hopefully return it.

Thank you for your feedback! We are genuinely sorry that your dress experienced issues with the stitching as expressed in our email correspondence. However as this garment was worn and we were not informed of any faults prior, the only compensation that could be offered was the 15% refund that has since been issued back to your original payment method. We can understand how upsetting this must be as it was a garment purchased for a specific occasion, unfortunately however as you have worn this garment we can no longer offer a replacement or a refund as we cannot be sure of the manner in which this garment was treated while in your possession. As there are no longer any tags on the dress we are unable to be sure that this was a manufacturing fault that caused the loose stitching.
We never like to have our customers disappointed, for this reason we have clear policies in place that we adhere to at all times so that both the company and the customers are aware of the transaction they are entering into. All faults need to be declared to us within 14 days of when the garment has arrived, we will then assist in finding a solution that ensures the customer is left satisfied with their time shopping with us. However we do know that sometimes faults are not prevalent until they have been properly put on for the event itself, in circumstances such as this if the customer chooses to proceed with wearing the dress we offer the 15% refund as a standard reimbursement for mending fees, as such this was the most we could offer to compensate you with as this is the same amount issued to all other customers who have experienced such an issue.

Clothing is top quality. Postage is extremely fast. This is my 3rd purchase and I will be buying more. Amazing company.

Lovely service, beautiful outfits!
I purchased the Zia set (red), Donna Jumpsuit (burgundy), and the Khaleesi dress (mulberry). All three were beautiful (quality, colour etc) and the customer service was fantastic. They were very helpful in making sure I received the right sizes. The Zia Set is also such a cute little two-piece that I wore it for Xmas :)

Excellent brand for beautiful dresses and clothes
Great experience buying 2 evening dresses from Twosisters The Label! The online ordering process was quite simple and easy. They had an easy to understand and fairly accurate sizing guide for their outfits. I particularly liked how they gave the exact dimensions of both the model and the dress they were wearing. It definitely helped to pick the correct size. The dresses arrived within 3 days (very impressive for the sluggishness of the current postal system) and was super impressed with how easy they made it to return an order if it didn't fit right. Luckily both dresses fit perfectly and I love them! The dresses themselves are pretty good quality. The material feels really good and everything is stitched at a high quality. They also have a great range of different outfits that suit all age and body shape ranges. Will definitely be heading back to Twosisters The Label for future event dresses!

First time order - everything perfect!
I ordered a size 8 and it is a perfect but snug fit. I would describe myself as a size 9 so have to buy either an 8 or a 10 which can be a problem when ordering online. I am 167cm tall, bust 86 cm, waist 70cm and hips 86cm. If you are any bigger in the bust or hips then you will need a size 10. The fabric and sewing quality are amazing and easily on par with dresses that I have paid up to $400 for. I found the sizing info for the pictured model really helpful and the website functionality and filters work well. Super fast delivery another bonus. I will definitely be ordering again from Two Sisters and will post a pic in the new year (this is my NYE party dress).

Buyer beware! Shocking return policy for online store. Sizing way out!
I really wanted to like this brand, however found the sizing, colour not right and their return policy, only a store credit, no free returns as well! umm ladies its an online business, get with the program! Limited extended sizing too, so if you are a 16 or more dont buy, styles not appropriate for these sizes and limited.(so a store credit wont help!) Definitely don't recommend on these points. Very disappointing. Their long winded, templated reply did not address my concerns at all. Lodged with ACCC as I see others have concerns with their return policy also.

We also display reviews from other customers so that a first hand idea of how the dress fits will be available, however we do not encourage customers to base their sizing choices from these, the best way to find the perfect fit is always to follow the sizing guide that is available on our website! We are aware that all this additional information is not always enough to ensure that customers end up with the perfect dress, for this reason we offer store credits for all returns back to our warehouse, these credits have no minimum spend and no expiry date! As we always adhere to our policies and procedures we ensure that they are available for customers to see on multiple areas of our website before purchasing. Our returns policy can be located at the bottom of every webpage, on the dropdown menu, next to each description of each dress and on the back of the invoice that is sent with all orders. We apologise if you did not see this prior to your purchase, however it is stated very clearly in the first line of our returns policy that we will only accept garments back for credit. In this policy it is also stated that returns will be at the expense of the customer. As a small business we do our best to subsidise the shipping costs for customer orders, we offer free standard shipping for all orders over $50 and free express for orders over $100, however we do not currently have the capability to offer free returns. We do however offer return shipping at a subsidised rate if using one of our returns labels, this was relayed to you in our earlier response to your email.
In regards to the email that was sent to us, we responded to you within 24 hours from when it was sent, as we are not open over the weekend all emails are read and responded to on Monday.
