This dress exceeded my expectations! I needed a nice dress to wear for my cousin’s wedding and this is perfect without being too pricey. It is well made, fitted perfectly, and gorgeous! I feel so good wearing this dress. I highly recommend!

Just terrible!!!!
Terrible customer service terrible return policy.
Size guide is inaccurate, I ordered an 8 but measured closer to a 10 using the size guide however when the dress arrived the 8 was too big.
The dress also had a synthetic lining which I was not expected and which was not articulated in the description.
My only option was to return the dress paying for shipping and to exchange for something else online. This is totally unacceptable when I was not properly informed of what I was purchasing and the size guide is inaccurate.
Furthermore the quality is not great for the price, don’t bother shopping here unless you want to make a contribution to the local charity bin. Far nicer clothing on other online and physical stores. I have learnt a valuable lesson and luckily it has only cost me $130.
I have reported this brand to ACC as they need to be offering refunds to customers who are unhappy with their purchase.

As per our email correspondence, we asked that you please return your order to us so we could inspect and measure it in accordance to our sizing guide for you on arrival and contact you again with the outcome. If it was found to be faulty, we would of course honour you with a refund as our policy states, however, if it does measure in accordance to our sizing guide you will be issued with store credit. Unfortunately, there was no way of knowing if it was in fact faulty or not until we received the product back.
Additionally, you expressed your disappointment that the lining was not cotton as you expected. The Milani dress is listed to be made of 85% cotton, 12% polyester, 3% spandex, we understand the material and feel of our styles is important to customers which is why we provide a detailed breakdown of the fabric makeup of each garment, We definitely do not claim that this dress is 100% cotton as you have assumed and we are upfront that this dress contains polyester.
We of course are happy to cooperate with ACCC should they get in touch with us and will look out for any correspondence over the next week or so.

This dress is absolutely beautiful on, perfect for a special event or occasion as it's the perfect blend of elegant, feminine with beautiful lace and also has the sexy look so its a great buy.Comfortable material good fit reflected actual sizes, it does cut a tad high which is visible through the lace but still appropriate.Love the clothing and the service from the Team highly regard this company as they tick all the boxes that a customer wants.

Don’t bother. Zero care for customer issues caused by their mistake.
Purchased a dress for my booked plans today even ordered express for it to come in time. Which It did but it arrived yesterday and instead of the size 8 I ordered I was sent a size 6. Super disappointing since I paid express for it to come in time and could have went with a different company but instead they sent me the wrong size. Their response was a refund OR the correct size sent out. So for me having to rebook my plans they only offered me one or the other when it was their fault which is such a low standard of customer service. I was made to take the parcel back to Australia post (taking time out of my day with two kids I shouldn’t of had to) to return it and was made to pay a extra $1.90 out of pocket. Would have gladly accepted the new dress to be sent out returned this one and got the refund and not posted this feedback but this company seems to care more about money than accepting they messed up and taking no accountability for the negligence instead making me the customer fall short.
Currently awaiting refund and the extra $1.90
To the company - don’t bother replying with a sob story I gave you my offer to rectify this you chose not to.

As per our email correspondence, we have expressed our deepest apologies that this has occurred and we have taken full responsibility. This is definitely not okay and we have followed up on this issue with the dispatch team member responsible to ensure that they are more careful with inspecting items that we ship out to customers as this is entirely unacceptable and we don't want any other customers experiencing this same stressful issue when it was an avoidable mistake. We are sorry that you have experienced so much undue stress and inconvenience due to the mistake of one of our employees, rest assured this will not happen again.
This was purely a case of human error that ended with sending out the incorrect size. Again, we take full responsibility of this error and wanted to do all that we can to rectify it in a timely matter for you, as such we offered a full refund and explained in the unfortunate event that a situation like this has occurred, our first solution is typically to offer a replacement to be shipped as soon as possible. However, if a customer does not wish for this to happen or the event in which they needed their order for is too soon to guarantee the replacement will make it in time (as you stated you needed your order for the following day), we offer a refund as it is a more prompt solution to a time sensitive issue. We unfortunately can not offer both. We of course do not want our customer to be left empty handed or without a solution, this is why we offer a replacement or a refund! As we are a small Australian family business and can not afford to offer both solutions as we still need to ensure our workers are paid fairly and all overhead costs of running a business are paid promptly.
All we require is the order to be sent back to us with our return portal (all costs covered by us) and a screenshot/photo of the receipt of lodgement provided by the post office so we know the garment is on its way back to us in order to issue the refund for you. We absolutely understand the inconvenience this has caused you and that having to take time out of your day to go to the post office to have the incorrect size you have received sent back is not ideal in anyway. If we had the facilities, resources or jurisdiction to have a postal service come and collect the order from you, we absolutely would have done so but unfortunately it is not a solution we could have offered you in this circumstance.
We have done our best to respond to you in a timely matter and prioritised giving you the best possible solution we can offer. We have since issued you with a full refund for your order and transferred an additional $1.90 that you requested as you could not print the returns label yourself and for a new postage satchel as you had ripped your original reusable packaging open.
Again, as mentioned in all of our correspondence with you. We are profusely sorry for any inconvenience we have caused you and please don't hesitate to contact us if you ever have any further questions or concerns!
Stunning dress
This dress is simply stunning, it is very flattering and comfortable to wear. The fabric is high quality and has a nice amount of stretch in it. I have bought it to wear to my daughters wedding in October, and I know I will wear it again afterwards!
I had looked at this brand for a long time, but was hesitant to buy (I am not that young anymore), after this purchase I know I can buy again with confidence.

I purchased this Brienne dress in white from Twosisters The Label, which was beautiful as a product/ material and also looked amazing when i wore it on my graduation day. It was a last minute purchase as only few days were left, but the team here were so helpful to send it to me in time. According to size chart in the website I should have purchased size 18 but as the material was stretching so I ordered size 16 which truned out to be perfect fit for me. I loved the fit and the material, also the design. Will be purchasing again 😊🙏♥️

This was my first brave online shopping in regards to fashion for myself in a very long time! ( I’ve had some failures in previous years)
My parcel arrived in great time and I nervously opened it … straight away I could feel the heavy quality material I was hoping for. I took a deep breath and put the first of the two dresses on …. Taaadaaa it’s fabulous!! The quality and sizing was beautiful and I felt such a sense of relief. I popped the second and my favourite dress on again I’m totally happy with the quality, make ,material and sizing of the dress !!! I’ve been shopping in stores for months for an outfit for this VERY important event but I just couldn’t find the one. Today however with Twosisters the label and their amazing sale I’m twice as satisfied.

My order arrived in good time, I was really excited to get a new outfit but unfortunately the fit was horrible. I'm normally a 12-14 but I am 5'10' and curvy. I compared measurements to the size guide and had to size up. Even after sizing up, the items that I received didn't fit me. They looked ridiculous. And per the returns policy only offer store credit, which just irritates me because if you try something in a shop, you are not forced to pay for it anyway, you just don't buy it. I don't like being forced into buying something else just for the sake of using up a credit. I wanted the particular item I ordered but the fit wasn't right and now I'm out $150 with nothing to wear to the event I originally ordered the outfit for. And I'm not in a position to just spend more money. So I am telling anyone who will listen to read the returns policy before you buy. Because otherwise you are just throwing money away.

Hi Amy, we are sorry to hear you were so disappointed in your recent purchase from us! As we know how hard it can be to shop online we provide as much information as we can about our garments, the materials used, how much stretch they have, the length measurements etc. We also have a comprehensive size guide that is always properly adhered too! With the Cairo bodysuit in particular we made sure to have the length measurements available on the website as the fit will be vastly different on women with a long torso and women with a shorter torso. Unfortunately this is not always enough to ensure that our customers end up with the perfect size as garments will fit differently on everyone, for this reason we offer returns for store credit so that customers can purchase a new garment that will hopefully fit amazingly!
As all returns are for store credit that never expires we clearly state this on the returns policy displayed on the website, this is to ensure that all customers are aware of the policy in place for returning items to us prior to purchasing! We apologise if you did not see this before completing your purchase with us, however we do display this in multiple places on our website.
