Very nice dress! Fits me well and very elegant! True to pictures! Appears long on me tho like a long gown since I am quite short 4'11. Hope you guys have sets for petite heights too in the future! Will definitely order some more!

Please note that as mentioned in our returns policy, we do offer refunds for faulty products. However, also mentioned in our returns policy, a loose thread is not considered as a fault as it does not affect the wearability of your item and can very easily be cut off without damaging the integrity of the product. As previously mentioned, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or store credit instead for your order!

I have brought a dress from you in the past it was beautiful. But this time I tried a dress and it didn’t look that good on. If I’d know I was up for store credit on refund I would not have purchased. I need a dress. And now I have wasted money on a dress. So sadly I will not be purchasing at this web site again.

However, we try to make it very clear for our customers in our returns policy that all returns are for store credit unless faulty. We do this as we are still a small family business and need to make sure all overheads associated with running our business are met and fair employee wages are paid in a timely matter. For this reason, we offer store credit that never expires to ensure our customers are not left out of pocket! If you have any questions regarding sizing and styles, our staff are always available and happy to help!

The dress was exactly as it appeared in the images, and fit was faithfully represented in the sizing guide. I am planning to wear this dress for my wedding.
Shipping was fast - ordered online on Sunday and received by Wednesday.
Customer service was great - I made an error and selected the wrong size, this was immediately and easily rectified by a friendly staff member via email.
Highly recommend!

Very satisfied with the product! Their dresses seems like it's catered for taller people. Nonethelss, it fits me very well as a petite size 6 (150cm). I bought two white laced dresses and the quality of the fabric is of high end. Can't wait to wear it for my bridal shower! Also, it arrived within 2 working days and I'm from NZ❤️

The dresses are beautiful, great quality and perfect fit. And they have so many styles and sizes. I have gained so much weight after a baby and was so stressful to find a beautiful dress for my daughter’s birthday in my size that I would feel amazing again with my post pregnancy body. So happy I found Twosisters the Label. The girls at Adelaide office also were very nice and helpful.
