My order is stuck on "Order Placed." TWR customer service is unresponsive.
I placed the order for my radios on July 19, 2023. We are eight days later, and the status of my order is still "Order Placed."
I messaged their customer service about it, and the answer was that my order should ship soon and I should wait.
I hope this can be resolved shortly. Otherwise, I would have to cancel my order.

Well it's good I won't lie on that but…
Well it's good I won't lie on that but I can't tell oh long the battery life is because I'll charge it over night then halfway through my shift it just stops working even though it looks like it still has power when I contact my dispatch it's a dead mic as soon as I remove it from my walkie my dispatch hears me instantly

Good shipping, nice product, unfortunately the volume is WAY TOO QUIET, and it is unusable unless in a dead quiet environment
