We recently had problems with our vendor being able to provide radios. I looked online and found TWO WAY RADIO GEAR. They were able to ship radios to us the same day and at a much better price point. Great service and great communication etc.

We are so happy we were able to get the same radios we already have but the model had been discontinued. They were delivered quickly and programmed. So far we have not had any issues. It is very important we have good quality and working radios at our sanctuary. Very happy!!

Quick fix!
I had an issue with a malfunctioning earpiece that came with a set of 4 Motorola CLIPe 1010 radios. The representative listened to my issue, confirmed my diagnosis of the problem, and explained the next step (to have a colleage reach out). The colleage reached out very quickly without me having to follow up and decided to have a a replacement sent ASAP. Great customer service to take a problem and address it quickly without generating additional headache.
