We had been thinking about setting up Wills for some time and happened to meet Steven at a local Town, who gave a brief explanation of the process with TWP and we agreed to set up a meeting. Steven came to our house at a time convenient to us and chatted through our options without any pressure. The whole process was very easy and stress free. Our Wills were duly written and a copy forwarded to us to check over before Steven returned to complete the process. The whole experience was simple, quick and professional. Writing a Will was always on our to do list but it always seemed daunting and expensive. Luckily we received a leaflet through the door from TWP and arrange a no obligation chat. Liz came to our house and is so lovely and helpful. She talked us through all the options with no pressure. The whole process was really simple and not as expensive as we thought so now we have peace of mind.

The procedure was reflectively easy and straight forward. After sending all the documents off signed and in good order it took approximately 5months for the LPA's to be activated. So I would highly recommend that you start this procedure sooner rather than later.

We received informative and professional service from the agent, Karl Evans. His advice and knowledge of matters regarding Wills, Power of Attorney etc was excellent. Our Wills were completed and signed speedily and without pressure. A pleasure doing business with your agent and company.

The consultant, Ian Bailey, whom I saw when writing my will was very good, spent time with me and my partner (who was also doing his own will) and nothing was too much trouble. My will was quite complicated due to a special requirement being made in the will for a family member, that changed during the full will writing process, due to bereavement. Therefore a change had to be made in respect of this. Aside from this necessary change, though, I was given several drafts of my will and had to change a few things that I wanted re-wording to more accurately reflect my wishes. As Ian does not write the actual wills himself, I feel that this was the reason why this side of the process took longer than expected as a few things were initially recorded on the drafts of the will differently than what I had expected/agreed. However, I must say, that throughout the process, Ian was patient and was happy to get the will exactly as I wanted it to read and went above and beyond and I was happy with the final result.

This is a very professional organisation. I would recommend them if you need to make a will.
