My appointment was 2pm, I got there on time and got tyres replaced by 3:30pm. Just to change two tyres it took 1 and half hours. If customers has to wait that long whats the point in getting appointment.

The purchase process was easy. I was kept informed of the progress of my purchase from confirmation of the order to delivery to the fitting shop. Scheduling of a fitting time was easy and the fitting was done on time.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and the price was good. The price was an all up price, with fitting and balancing included. The only add on was for the wheel alignment.

You're only as good as the contractors you use
Ordered the tyres on Dec 6th and have been following the tracking since receiving the email on the 10th notifying that they'd left Sydney on the 9th. I only found out today, Dec 13th, after calling customer service, that only three of the four tyres have arrived in Adeliade and that they'd call me back this afternoon with a follow-up. No call and still no tyres.

Great support by the team. Had a problem with delivery and the team bent over backwards to sort it out and have my tyres in the time frame stipulated. Will purchase tyres through them again when needed.
