He also helped in dealing with matters to get a price agreed that worked for us and the sellers. So a good job done in helping through the process.

I’m buying a house with another agent that Tyron ash also have on their books. Our offer was agreed 5 weeks ago and it’s sold subject to contract. All our valuations have been agreed. Tyron Ash continue to market the property and have not told anyone that it’s sold subject to contract. Their video tour and property details are full of lies. My wife even spoke to Tristan at Tyron Ash posing as a potential purchaser about the property and he lied through his teeth. They are a desperate disgusting company with no morals whatsoever.

Appalling estate agent. The only way I could get a response from them was to leave a bad review on Google. As a buyer, if you are selling your house, hire someone competent to sell it (anyone but these guys)

I have just sold a high end property that I am still in the process of refurbishing and not even finished through Tyron Ash. I dealt with Zoe and Quas and have to say that the whole process start to finish has been very well dealt with and extremely professional. I have found them to be very courteous to deal with and they worked with me to push the sale through. I achieved full asking price and now have a sale agreed and exchange completed 2 months before the property is ready for sale. Extremely impressed and would not hesitate to recommend their services. A special mention goes out to Zoe who has been amazing in going the extra mile. Thanks guys.

I am extremely pleased with the work of Andrea Ruffino who helped me sell my London flat. As an overseas seller, I was not familiar with the process in the UK and Andrea was with me at every stage. Andrea is very experienced and extremely diligent. He maintained communications at all times, updating me several times a week, often daily (despite the time difference). The legal system in the UK is unlike any other and is fraught with much uncertainty. There were some dishonest, bad intentioned parties along the way. But despite it all Andrea was professional and honest throughout. There were times when I wanted to give up but Andrea was persistent and delivered an amazing outcome.
