Udday and Stel are managing my off-plan property investments. I already have several projects invested in, which they have listed for sale and generated a high level of enquiries for. They have also introduced me to new investment opportunities. They have excellent knowledge of the market, and I will continue to use them to manage my portfolio. I feel confident and at ease with them handling my investments.

Biggest con man going. Full of fluff and no clout. Do not entertain anything with this guy or so called experienced agents. One guy said he joined a month ago and has no experience. Sell my house with them you must be joking!!!!

Awful service, typical company that spends all of its time on social media but can't actually do the job to a high standard.

Just cold called me and then proceed to suggest I knew nothing about the real estate market.
Honestly if you cold called and expect to build a relationship with someone selling some they own…My advise is you either need to posses extremely good client connection skills or at very least don’t piss people off on a first impression.

I would NOT recommend this growing style of property agents who reply solely on social media and bottom feeding.

Working with Sina was an outstanding experience from start to finish. For the first time, I truly felt like an estate agent had my back and was acting in my best interest.
She went above and beyond, even doing work I didn’t realise estate agents typically do, like compiling a report to justify the property’s value. That level of commitment was a world away from what I’ve experienced before.
The photography, videos, and the listing on Rightmove were exceptional.
Things are moving quickly and smoothly and Sina always gives me an update without me reaching out. Hands down the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with.

Poor company full of nonsense. Sell you a dream with dodgy agents . Not to be trusted!

Brett Stephen Graham was my appointed agent. Please whatever you do, do not be dragged into his “group chat” whereby he plays off both buyer and seller with threats, demands, scaremongering and underhand sales tactics to try and win his commission.

We experienced his lies, his attempts to give unwarranted advice and to force us into a quite serious legal situation - luckily this was caught before we did! But we were so nearly convinced to enter into an agreement which would have effectively cost us thousands of pounds had we not been made aware of the reality.

He is a serious threat to the public. Please do not work with these cowboy agents or their associates.

Tyrone Ash Real Estate in Dubai do not pay their commission to employees and has bullied employees so he can keep the commissions! Monies have been owed for over a year and he has not made any effort to pay his employees at all. This is not a reputable company and avoid at all costs.
