Not able to access course for months
I was unable to log in to the course I paid for, and despite multiple attempts to reset my password over the past few months, the issue remains unresolved for months . I was previously promised a resolution (as per the communication below), but I have not received any updates or fulfilment of the promise below . This was promised in may 2025
“Due to this inconvenience, we'll be offering all customers a 6-month extension for any course they have purchased. We'll also ensure that you receive our CeRER course free of charge when it's released later this year.”
This prolonged lack of access and the absence of accountability from your customer service team is extremely unprofessional and disappointing

The CEMAP COURSE is OUT OF DATE. All the content in the course is wrong. I have mailed him many times but very poor response. some time no response at all. BE Aware, Be Aware , Be Aware.

Most useless edu-service provider on the planet. No responses to emails, you pay for materials and can't access them! Honestly, they shouldn't have a presence let alone, and online presence.

Now I can not get into my account, tried requesting a password reset but just get to a page "can not be found". Tried their contact form but form wont submit tried on a number of browsers. Why not have a phone number? considering doing a debit card charge back.

At first I had a lot of issues with UACB that lasting months however when I got a New Advisor called jay. He sorted everything out in a timely manner I could not of asked for a better advisor.

Hace unos días, me matricule en uAcademy.
He de decir que al principio estaba bastante desubicada pero acabo de recibir una llamada de Inés y ha sido una maravilla me ha resuelto todo tipo de dudas tanto las que tenía respecto a la plataforma de estudio como académicas y burocráticas, sinceramente estoy muy contenta porque esta llamada me ha enfocado nuevamente a mi objetivo.
Aunque aún no he empezado a estudiar, sí que recomendaría uAcademy por la cercanía y accesibilidad que están teniendo conmigo.
