I impulsively bought a cushion grip on Ubay without really thinking about shipping and customs fees turns out I could not afford it right now. Luckily, I canceled the order the same day, and now I'm just waiting (a little nervously) for my refund. Their customer service was super quick and really nice, though!

U Buy responded back to say they will…

U Buy responded back to say they will refund my money they took out of my account unauthorized on the 4th of February after i purchased a part from them. The part was paid for. 3 days later they then took $200 out of my account. I am still waiting to be refunded for the $200. They said the refund will take up to 10 days. Its passed 10 days!!! I want my money back!!!!!!

Return product and refund

By mistakenly I place the order of quad bike wrap, thought I was placing the quad bike order. apparently when the delivery arrived on 05th march 2024 and I was extremely excited then stood by just a wrap for R6303 excluding shipping fee and etc. Then I returned it with the courier guy it the reason was the wrong product and it took one month and 10 days to arrived at their warehous then I received notified text to inform me that the product arrived at their warehouse thay have initiated the refund procedure it will just take a couple of days the money to reflect on my payment method and they kept their promise, on Thursday 11th April 2024 around 11pm the money prolly reflect they just deduct around 1k as their policy, thank to ubuy for your trustworthy in future I can shop million times with you

Problem with delivery address

They changed my address , now I am carrying the loss, when you place an order the system asks you what address you want to use your shipping or same as billing. My shipping and billing address are both the same!!!!!!! I stay in Gordon's Bay they have some how got it all wrong and my package has Gone 400km down the coast to George I don't even know someone in George. Now they are telling me to handle the courier and take it up with them myself which is totally unacceptable as the mistake is not on my side it is a problem on Ubuy's side as the item was shipped to them from a supplier and then shipped to me from there ware house in the USA. And I'm not even sure if ill get my parcel wont be using them again ever. And there customer support who are useless and just says rectify it yourself.

Prompt and reliable

No option to refund to original payment method

I ordered express shipping, and I didn't get it. Only to be informed that I can only be refunded to an account that I will never use. Why does Ubuy not have the option to refund to a Ubuy account or the original payment method? It's not professional to force only 1 option onto customers. What if customers never want to purchase from this merchant again? I will never purchase from Ubuy again. What should I do to get my money back? I cannot forfeit several hundreds of dollars just because I have no choice.
