Terrible quality ALL products apparently come with a black mark on them?
Even after sending the photos of the black marks they refuse to refund me and I am unable to use the prints for my baby shower on money, they ignore emails I’ve had to contact them on WhatsApp. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I purchased the 500 Piece 5 Picture Collage Personalized Jigsaw Puzzle and couldn't be happier. It was helpful that the site suggested a minimum size for each photo for quality to be obtained. Once I chose my photos, I was able to layout the puzzle as I liked and was shown a sample of what it would look like. Within a few days I received the puzzle (which was important). It turned out better than I had expected (I am picky). I will definitely order more of these products.

I purchased a customized puzzle from your company as a gift for my wife’s birthday. The puzzle arrived on time and the gift wrapping was visually appealing. However, as she started to assemble the puzzle, we noticed that the majority of the color images are starting to separate from the cardboard backing. This is unexpected and unacceptable. My wife is part of a large group of puzzling enthusiasts and she was very excited to endorse your company. However, based on the poor quality, we can not and will not in good conscience recommend your company to our friends and family. Furthermore, I am requesting a full refund. Please respond!

We ordered 3 wedding pictures. Two out of the three arrived damaged: 2 frames and a torn wedding picture. After several attempts in contacting the company and sending photos of the damaged product, the company agreed to replace the two wedding pictures. When the second order arrived, one of the wedding pictures was ripped again. We contacted the company about the replacement order and sent pictures with no response after several emails. We are so disappointed and would have never trusted this company if we knew they would not make our order right. It has been sad and a huge disappointment. This just isn’t right. They already have our money.

The quality of prints did not meet my expectations for $75/print. The uploading process was a bit glitchy and only 35 of my 105 uploaded pictures were printed. And it was shipped from Turkey. I saw no where on their website that it was a product of Turkey. For the money, it was most certainly not worth it.

I was disappointed in the richness of colors initially; I am thrilled to share that not only did the puzzle get re-done the colors were rich and vibrant! I felt listened to and am now a VERY satisfied customer.

Ordering was very simple and arrived quickly. This was a gift and the person receiving it loved it by looking at the photo on the box; however, they haven't put the puzzle together yet so I can't give a review on completed puzzle as I didn't open box prior to gifting.

The etched wood block with my son’s dogs picture turned out beautiful! The added verse was perfect, he was very happy with it, and so was I.

I really took a gamble, never fully comfortable with online purchases, but this one paid off. We both loved the end products we received, with elegant and tasteful packaging. For once, I did not have to worry about how my gift looked. This was an excellent experience, and I sure will come through soon for more.

I ordered 2 pencil drawings an a personalized box with 2 personalized whiskey glasses. I can’t tell you how impressed I am. I don’t know how they do it.

I liked the small, accordion style photo album I made for my son's family so much that I made a new one for another family member! I like that these photo albums don't take up a lot of room, but they carry a lot of memories! I highly recommend it as a gift or something for yourself.
