Our customized puzzle had great colors and picture quality. The puzzle board was sturdy. Our only issue was that quite a few pieces (20 or so out of 500) had flawed edges. Needed more glue to keep the picture attached to the board material on some of the puzzle piece edges.

Our caricature was perfect. The colors, the smiles, captured our likeness. Made my wifes day.

This was a super unique gift. High quality and exactly what I wanted!

I would definitely use Udelf again for my photo printing needs! I recently got into dot journaling and wanted some photos printed in 2x3 size and Udelf has awesome bundle deals and the quality is great! The photos also arrived super fast, I don’t even think it was a full week from the day I ordered to the day I received my order! Love Udelf!!

Some prints were great and others were uneven with the framing. So, they definitely don't look uniform.

This is a great company! Excellent product and customer service. The shipping was fantastic! I bought the picture accordion, in a box, for a friend’s birthday. I am a retired professional photographer, so I am happy to say that the printing, the paper quality, and the box are all superb!

It seemed too good to be true based on price and turnaround time. Reviews made me nervous it was a scam. I decided to take a chance because the price wasn’t terrible. It worked!! The package was from Turkey and initially was held up in customs. I thought “oh here we go…scam!” The email was from
FedEx asking me to complete a form to clear customs. The form didn’t make sense as it asked me to explain the chemicals inside the package. I responded that it was just wood. O then received a message saying it was released and on its way. It then arrived as planned and was exactly as stated in description and wrapped super cute! I am very impressed and would definitely recommend and order from them again!

Getting my order was very fast and efficient. However, the delivery was not great. I had given my PO box and not my physical. The fedex called Friday to say it would be delivered by 8:00 pm Saturday. I finally received it last night close to 8:00 pm. I paid for fast delivery and did not receive it. I know it's not your fault; the postal service is horrible. I missed giving my son in law his gift on his birthday, I will have to give it on Wednesday. Thank you for hard work.

The website is very attractive and easy to search/navigate. Prices are actually fair and compared to the quality of the product, it's something you can spend your money on in confidence. However, it felt very much like a fake transaction after receiving my confirmation email. Obviously it wasn't and the product is amazing and will definitely repeat purchase. Maybe work on after purchasing communication that isn't an ad but about the order.

The first was good quality but when I ordered the second time. The picture on the wood was very light. Both pictures were of equal quality yet when you made the second order it was not good at all and you refuse to correct it.

Shipping was extremely fast, I got my order 3 days early and it was shipped from overseas!! Incredible response and shipping time, packaging was adorable, and the designs were so cute as well. Order from them!! You won't regret it :)

Udelf is a great supplier of their goods. The customer service is excellent. During shipping one of the Raki glasses broke. I emailed them and the replacement was sent the next day. I will be doing more shopping with Udelf !!!
