This is the fourth pair of moccasins that I have purchased from you. Each time the service has been excellent 👌 and the moccasins have been well made, and they are so comfortable.
If the rest of your collection is as good as my moccasins I say buy them.

Pretty disappointing experience
Pretty disappointing experience. I needed to get another size but given i purchased it for a xmas present didn't get my exchange request within 30 days. It took Uggdirect 3 weeks and about 3 or more extra prompts to get a response from the service team. Then their response was a no even though the product was untouched (no willingness to flex policy at all).

nice little shoes
Attractive and comfortable ... still very new, so hoping the 'crease' that has appeared on the top of one shoe will disappear with use - looks a bit odd. Seems to be related to the elastic side piece.
