Very Poor Customer Service

There are bargains to be hard, but you should only order provided you are absolutely certain of not needing to return or exchange. Returns can be costly. Be very careful of requesting an exchange because the exchange policy is very misleading. Actually there is no mechanism to exchange if you live in the UK . Do not request an exchange, because you will be issued with a gift card which may take some considerable time to arrive. This means you then need to re-order and pay for further shipping costs and there is a risk that your original item may no longer be in stock while you are waiting for the gift card to arrive. Better just cut your losses and request a refund. I have been waiting for over a week now for a gift card to materialise or a refund to be processed. Suggyz customer services (Uggdirecton} do not reply to my emails and I am fearful that I will need to initiate a dispute resolution with PayPal in an attempt to recover my money

Avoid this company

ordered size 4/37 UK Ugg slippers & they are huge! According to their own size guide they are actually size 7 UK measuring 10 inches length of insole. I sent photos comparing what they sent with genuine UGGs in size 4 to show the difference.
As they’re not as described I don’t see why I should pay postage to Australia to return them.
Now they’re not replying to emails.
I would say avoid this company as you have no chance of any help once they have your money.
PS. I have reported this transaction to my bank as fraud & received a full refund.

Don't take the risk!

Well, this is the first time I am writing a bad review on TrustPilot. Normally, I'm coming on here to write outstanding reviews.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Measured my foot and ordered my size. It was waaaay too big. Emailed them to say I would like to return for an exchange, however I didn't feel I should be paying return postage charges since THEIR sizing was wrong.

I, too, messaged someone called John. I wanted to make sure they would agree to reimburse return postage and admin charges before I sent my parcel. And I couldn't send it until I put in a return request, which I didn't want to do without confirmation about the postage situation either.

At first, John replied, asking me to send various photos and pictures of the measurement of my foot. After a lot of back and forth and me sending various emails chasing up (since I was starting to be ignored) I eventually complained to PayPal. Unfortunately, they would not sort it because, by this time, too much time had passed. I'm convinced John sent me on a wild goose chase to keep me waiting around, so eventually it would be too late to be able to rectify through PayPal.

I was left with a pair of Uggs I couldn't use, and I couldn't even gift them because (as a UK size 7) I don't have any friends or family members with the same size feet as me.

I really detest people being unprofessional and unhelpful, and people who ignore messages or run away from responsibility, ESPECIALLY since I am the type of person to go out of my way for others and always give people the decency of a reply or an acknowledgement.

I was beyond annoyed! What a waste of money and time!

Deceptive branding and refused refund followed by forced shipment

I purchased a pair of shoes from a store called "ugg direct" via the Shop app. This merchant intentionally adopts a visual identity, color scheme, and trademarks almost identical to the well-known global brand "UGG" to confuse international consumers. Furthermore, despite the item not having been shipped yet, they claimed a refund was impossible due to "internal procedures" and then proceeded to force the shipment.

Scammed by ugg Direct Australia order on line I never recieved

I ordered Ugg boots from Ugg Direct and even paid extra to have them shipped from Australia, just to ensure I was getting the genuine product instead of the countless fakes available here in the UK. So I made the payment and received an email from Ugg Direct confirming that my order would be shipped. I paid in Australian dollars, which converted to £135 plus shipping. But guess what? The boots NEVER arrived! The tracking number I was given didn’t work at all. I kept getting messages from Royal Mail saying they would deliver, but they NEVER DID. After waiting endlessly, I talked to our Royal Mail delivery person, who told me he hadn’t received anything from Ugg Direct to deliver to me!

I reached out to Ugg Direct, and they just kept throwing the tracking number at me, which I informed them wasn’t working. Then some guy named John emailed me back, claiming that the delivery man had tried to deliver—absolute nonsense! Nobody tried to deliver anything! Then, out of nowhere, he mentions a customs fee that supposedly needed to be paid. I told him that I hadn’t received a thing from Royal Mail or whatever delivery service they supposedly used! I never got my order no delivery no note from any delivery person that they tried to deliver plus I work from home and no one ever came to deliver my boots.

It’s outrageous! I NEVER got my Ugg boots, and now I’m sending emails to Ugg Direct, and they’re completely ignoring me! I feel SCAMMED out of £135 plus shipping, and all I want is a refund for the Ugg boots I paid for but never got! This is very upsetting I saved up to buy those ugg boots and now I feel they scammed me. I want my money back ugg direct!

UGG ARE NOT OPEN AND HONEST ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO IF YOU USE UGG DIRECT. FIRST OFF, THERE'S A £30 POSTAL CHARGE, YOU'D THINK THAT WOULD INCLUDE CUSTOMS ETC, BUT IT DOESNT, SO YOUR PARCEL GETS HELD AT CUSTOMS WHILE YOU SWALLOW YET ANOTHER £68 IN CUSTOMS CHARGES - YES, THATS AN ADDITIONAL £98 POUNDS STERLING ON TOP OF THE PRICE YOU ALREADY PAID, AND THEN THE PRODUCT ARRIVES, THE SIZE IS WRONG, AND YOU'RE BASICALLY £200 PLUS OUT OF POCKET, YOU'VE WAITED A MONTH TO GET THE PRODUCT, AND YOUR STUCK WITH SOMETHING YOU CAN'T EVEN USE.

NEVER EVER USE UGG DIRECT UNLESS YOU LIVE IN AUSTRALIA. TOTAL RIP OFF, AND REALLY DISHONEST. THEY SHOULD GIVE A GUIDE AMOUNT FOR THE POSTAGE AND CUSTOMS, NOT SURPRISE YOU WITH THESE SIGINIFICANT ADDITIONAL COSTS, AND I'M CERTAIN MY BOOTS ARE THE WRONG SIZE - I'VE HAD UGG SIZE 38 IN THE UK, AND THEY'RE TOO BIG BUT UGG 37 SUPPOSEDLY A UK 4 ARE JUST WAY TOO SMALL... CAN'T EXPRESS HOW DISSAPOINTED I AM WHAT A RUBBISH SERVICE.
