Their returns policy is unlawful. I recommend anyone reading this who are going through issues with the company to report then to the ACCC, and also to your local government agency. They will have to return your money, but it takes time and patience. I've just begun this process, but I've done this with another similar company. They're arrogant and aren't used to people fighting back for their hard earned money - don't let them win.

They are scammers! Dreadful quality. Will do everything they can to avoid you being able to return or exchange your slippers.
They don’t take any accountability for the dreadful quality of their products. AVOID at all costs.

This company needs shutting down. They price their shoes just as high as any other legit site and they’re all fake and made in china. spent a good amount on two pairs of Uggs and I’m really p**ssed off.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Their site looks legit but these guys are scammers. Returns cost a fortune and then you pay shipping for your replacement pair to get sent out and wait for it.....they NEVER issue refunds, only store credit and that is even for faulty goods. I am having to go through PayPal to get my money back. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

Sizing isn’t right, return policy is horrible - returning costs a fortune including a ‘restocking cost’. Thought it was a reputable brand.

This is honestly the worst company I have ever had to deal with and I have so much regret with deciding to purchase from them! I purchased a pair of Uggs in a size AU10, UK8 - I am a size 10, I have always been a size 10 but they did not fit, they were so small. I sent them back for a store credit, I then purchased another pair to replace them thinking that their sizing must be out so I purchased an AU11, UK9 - in the listing description it started that this particular Ugg runs small so it’s best to size up, so you would assume buying the next size up that they would fit. WRONG - it’s at LEAST 1 size too big.

When reaching out to this “company”, I asked them to check my original return to see if there was human error that maybe they had accidentally sent me a smaller size.
Their response was that my first purchase was a size EU41 and my second purchase was an EU43.. I asked for clarification as the US/AU sizing was only one size difference how does that make sense?
I received a generic response with a link to start a return.

I have paid for shipping 3 times now and am expected to pay for shipping a 4th and a 5th time to try to purchase a pair that fit me.

In all my years of purchasing online this is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never, ever buy from this company again and if I did my research a little better I would’ve discovered that these are in fact NOT the original Ugg company and I would’ve taken my money elsewhere.

BE AWARE OF PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!! Bought from them for Christmas presents. Keeping in mind that is during Perth summer so they weren’t even used until beginning of March. End of March (a couple of weeks of very limited wear), the heel part of the boot came through the material and rubs terribly on the foot making it unable to be worn. Reported it in March and was told to commence the return/exchange process, now told today due to it not being within 30 DAYS of PURCHASE they refuse to replace them as a faulty product.

Also noting, I purchased these on 22 November and they were only delivered 30 days later.

Really disappointed. Previous UGGs from other companies have lasted us nearly a decade but these ones didn’t even last a month of wear

Was shipped what was labeled as my size i ordered as have ordered multiple times in the past. Now they are too small and don't fit. Then they tell me I am to pay for the return shipping and a restocking fee on top of that in order to be exchanged.

Sizing as per the website is rubbish, I ordered 3 different items and all were completely different sizes although I followed their sizing instructions.

They do not engage with their customers for after sales service.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this website.

I bought a pair from here thinking the home of Uggs is Australia so go to them - the boot have holes in both soles after 4 months - my pair from the IK lasted 4 years! I’ve emailed with photos but don’t hold out much hope - wish I’d read reviews 1st.
How can we bring these con artists to justice?

Why didn't I read the reviews 1st!! Absolutely appalling service - I've messaged them 3 times now only to be ignored not even a generated automatic reply to say they have my email and will respond as soon as they can - narda Absolutely nothing !! In the end when I eventually found an email about return policy it turns out no refund will be had but I can have a credit note !!! Not sure they can legally do this? PLEASE DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS WEBSITE and go on the official website 🙏 and if UGG ORGINALS au is going to reply back please don't unless you are going to offer me a full refund !!! Like you charged me

I never going to use them again. I ordered kids boots size EU 34, 24cm , UK 2 and what I received was size UK 12 , 22,5 cm but they hade number 34 written on them . Obviously to small for size UK 2 they advertised. When I contacted them they reply with rubbish excuse back after 6 months. Asked me to send them back and pay for a postage cost. Why I should pay when is obviously them fault . Fraud company. Don’t use them. Better to pay bit more and get proper UGG boots. I definitely not going to do same mistake .

I purchased a pair of uggs and then returned them a week later because the quality was terrible. I contacted them on numerous occasions to ask when I would receive my refund and didn’t hear back from them. I finally received a refund but they only gave me a partial refund with no explanation. I returned the boots within a week of receiving them, they were returned in the same box, and still had the tags on. I have never experienced such a bad experience with any other companies like it did with this one. It’s a scam! Don’t waste your time or money.

This brand is a scam. I ordered boots thinking they were actual UGGs, they are not. Very cheap looking and poor copy of the originals. Very disappointing.

I really wish there was a zero stars button, been waiting for close to two months for a refund after sending multiple emails and having one reply in Jan…… this company are shocking when it comes to customer service and customer support. I will never give them money again and even charged me £35 to send the items which I’m not sure I will receive back…… DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I have ordered uggs which are really terrible quality. The threads are loose and they do not match the pictures shown on the website. I have requested to return them and receive a refund, but I am being told I would still have to pay for delivery. I would highly advise against using this company.

Disgusting customer service, faulty goods wrongly sized and it has taken 8 weeks to get a refund of wich they took their shipping cost off and did not refund my £30 it cost to return slippers that where wrongly sized, if I could have given zero stars I would........save your money and go elsewhere

I ordered 2 pairs of ugg ultra mini boots from ugg originals. One black pair for my wife & another brown pair for my daughter. Then out of curiosity, after I had placed my order, I thought I'd look at the reviews on Trustpilot. I then started to panic, thinking I had made a mistake.
I needn't have worried. They both arrived yesterday & they were packaged nicely in there own boxes. They seem to be very well made & the quality of the materials look & feel really nice. I'm not sure if I've just been lucky, or the people who have had a good service from ugg originals just don't bother commenting. But genuinely, I have been more than happy with my purchases that took around a week to arrive to my home here in the UK. I would definitely use ugg originals again.

Don’t be scammed they sell blag UUG’s they are nothing like the real ones. If you return the item they don’t refund you or respond to your emails I was lucky and bought through PayPal who got my refund for me but I’ve had to wait 2 months. Check out their address on Google Maps street view it’s just a shack in NSW Australia

I ordered UK10 they send me EU42? So many emails went forward backwards but not once they apologised. I even send shoes size guidline from ugg website but they are refusing to accept.
