The whole process went far more smoothly than I could have imagined and Bradley and the team were, whilst always professional, also easy to talk to and very accommodating.

AmazonTom M has been nothing but amazing…
Tom M has been nothing but amazing since the start of my contact with UPG. Not only did he help with the switchover from my previous supplier but even went out of his way to sort out a discrepancy with my previous supplier that would have took me weeks to sort! Not only has Tom given me a new contract with great rates! He has also provided me with peace of mind! Could not recommend this company enough and the customer service is 11/10!

Helpful and not pushy!
Tom was great, helpful, supportive and allowed me to ask all the 'stupid' questions. Tom didn't push for responses or decisions but worked with us in our timeframe.

Regarding your comments on being overcharged and the switch process, we’re sorry to hear that this has caused frustration. Deemed rates are unfortunately common in situations where no formal contract is in place, but we absolutely understand that clear communication is essential throughout. So far, so good
experience so far has been very positive and can't fault anything. I had a cold call from Kyle and he managed to get my interest, then responded quickly with a good price, better than my current gas agreement. He didn't oversell.
It was easy to switch and all of the UGP people I engaged with were friendly, easy to deal with and efficient. Their portal seems easy and the switch was good.
Based on the current experience, happy to recommend to others.
