What a great experience! I bought a blind box of 3 bottles and it was great fun but also I've got 3 fantastic bottles out of it! All great sizes and quality. I'll definitely be buying again 🤗

1 bottle of 3 was dirty used and the package as well . It was wetter and Brown. No answer from.the Service to Mail and also on instagram.

This was a super easy purchase; and now my most favorite of bottles!! More to be purchased!!

Great bottle, pill caddy is SO handy, the design is very user friendly in terms of carrying and using it.

The bottles i received were great… when i eventually got them. There was an address autofill error through shop, which i haven’t had issues with in terms of delivery address before, so my parcel was unable to be delivered. It was delivered through amazon, but i couldn’t contact amazon to correct the address, they redirected me to the sender, who ignored all 5 of my emails over the space of a week.Funny considering their website states they pride themselves on customer service. Parcel was delivered to a random warehouse with a completely different postcode to my own. I figured out where it was and luckily was able to collect it from the warehouse. All of which could’ve been avoided had my emails been responded to. Now 3 weeks later they have the cheek to ask for a review.

Never received my parcel and no response to any of my emails.

I received my order, but the package arrived damaged and the bottle is dented in the same area where the box was torn.
I had contacted costumer service 3 times by email, but no one said anything to me…

Ordered the blind box, only received 2 out of the 3 bottles and those 2 were the same bottle just 2 different colors. Honestly pretty disappointed

I picked the mix pack x3, and just love the cool bottles that were picked for me. 3 different sizes and styles! Don't panic if they come in separate shipments, it was like opening a surprise each day. Fun and just perfect for everyday use. And they were not stingy with what bottles they sent!! I will definitely be ordering more, amazing gifts.

Absolutely love my bottles from BottleBottle! The quality is amazing — they feel really durable, keep drinks at the perfect temperature for hours, and the designs are lovely too. You can really tell they’re made to a high standard.

I also had a small issue with my order and their customer service was fantastic. They responded so quickly, were really helpful and resolved everything straight away with no hassle at all. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

Really poor customer service. Still waiting on a reply regarding returning my order - need to contact customer services to activate return, which is a capped time period. Wish I'd stuck to ordering from Amazon.

Waiting to return a bottle. Bought 3x mystery bottles, all three were the same. Horrible grey cycling ones. Not received a reply yet, and looking at other reviews, one will be unlikely.
I guess they’ll have to be reported.

Managed to get in contact with them. Their e-mail seems to be dead, tried Facebook & Instagram. They seem to be in a very different timezone, so communication was slow, but we resolved my issue. They said I couldn’t send my bottles back and get a refund, but they’d send me two random ones out to replace the ones I received. Happy with what I’ve gotten, so I’m changing my review from 1* to 4*.

Same as everyone else. Ordered the 2 mix box as the 3 was out of stock. Received Christmas designs. Emailed asking for return details & (yes stupid me) when the 3 pack was back in stock again received Christmas designs & only 2 bottles. Sent loads of emails and, surprise surprise, no response. Have noticed that both orders have come through Amazon. So off to investigate. Will keep updated

Bestellt im tiktok Shop. Flasche zurückgeschickt auch dort angekommen aber keine Rückerstattung. Nie wieder. Keine Reaktion nichts. Mega Schlecht. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst hätte ich dort nie bestellt.
