I didn't get any products or responses until I commented on their instagram
Unfortunately like many others I'm not getting any responses to my emails nor instagram direct messages (I shouldn't even have to message a company on instagram). According to the tracking my order is being sent back to the sender because it was damaged. For two weeks the tracking just says "return initiated" without any updates. Then I got two emails by the company that sounded like THEY think I already have my order. I sent them two emails with no response and an insta dm with no response either.
UPDATE: After commenting on their public instagram posts someone took the time to respond to my messages. They sent a new parcel and I got my order 3 days later. So if you don't get any response either make sure to leave comments on their posts. They don't want influencers and ig users to think they don't care about their customers.
Changing my review to 3 stars istead of 1 stars because I ended up getting my order
Beyond poor
Beyond poor. Asked for a 'blind box' which were two mystery bottles. Both with Christmas decorations on...in April! Not acceptable especially as I was charged more than to order those bottles on their own. Contacted company multiple times with no luck

Awful customer service
Awful service… My order was ‘unfulfilled’ for ages tried contacting them a few times over the 6 weeks since ordering they never replied. Then I got an email from them saying the bottle I had chose is now out of stock and could get a ‘free upgrade’ and new bottle (I then got a bottle I didn’t order and no ‘free upgrade’) Awful customer service… would never recommend to anyone unless they want to waste their time or money

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von dieser Bestellung. Ich habe eine Überraschungstüte mit drei Flaschen bestellt und leider waren zwei davon identisch. Bei einer sogenannten „Überraschung“ erwarte ich zumindest unterschiedliche Produkte – das wirkt einfach lieblos zusammengestellt.
Noch schlimmer ist jedoch, dass eine der teureren Flaschen, die eigentlich enthalten sein sollte, überhaupt nicht geliefert wurde. Damit stimmt der Inhalt weder mit der Beschreibung noch mit dem Preis überein.
Besonders frustrierend ist der Umgang mit dem Problem: Weder der Kundenservice noch der Händler selbst reagieren auf meine Nachrichten. Eine Lösung oder Rückerstattung scheint es offenbar auch nicht zu geben.
Sollte sich kurzfristig nichts ändern, werde ich Anzeige erstatten und den Fall entsprechend weitergeben.
Ich kann daher nur zur Vorsicht raten, hier zu bestellen. Wenn etwas schief läuft, steht man anscheinend komplett allein da.

UPDATE: Avoid, order still "Unfulfilled" after 26 working days
I ordered two bottles, intended as Christmas gifts on the 10th of December. Both were in stock at the time, no messages advising of any delays so I was expecting to receive within 3 to 6 working days as stated on their website. I'm still yet to receive any kind of update on the order fulfillment (Currently just says "Unfulfilled"). I have used their contact form multiple times, send multiple emails to a couple of different customer service accounts but still not heard a single thing.
With this lack of update and non-existent customer service, I'm starting to think the company are scamming.
Update (24/01/2026): I had one last thought of attempting to contact bottlebottle through Facebook messenger which did actually work. They finally gave me an update, one of the bottles was in stock and the other was temporarily out of stock. I opted for a refund due to the length of time and circumstances, they honoured this even though they had dispatched one of the bottles (Which they’re letting me keep). I also made them aware of the multiple other complaints and people waiting for their orders as found through this Trustpilot page.
So an okay solution and not scammers but just strange with the lack of contact or update until trying to contact through Facebook. Glad that they gave the refund and nice of them to let me keep a bottle under the circumstances.
Rust…
Loved my water bottle at first as it was gifted to me 3 weeks ago by my 11 yo niece for Christmas. However it's already began to rust. I don't find that acceptable for something that costs £20-30.
Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company. I ordered a bottle on 1st January 2026 and after receiving no tracking or dispatch information after nearly 3 weeks I emailed the company almost daily with no response. I am at a loss at what to do. This is illegal surely, to take money from people and not provide a service? I was influenced by someone on YouTube to buy and I am very sorry I did!

I ordered two of the limited edition bling bow bottles on the site 2weeks ago, I’m still waiting for my order. I have emailed a number of times for an update, refund etc but I’ve had no emails or messages back, they don’t have a contact number either which is bad for a company to not reply to their costumers.
Shockingly disappointing
I placed an order on the 17th December for two bottles.
One bottle arrived and not the other.
Customer service is absolutely shocking. I have contacted them three times now, no reply and still no bottle.
I was ‘influenced’ from someone on Instagram and I am incredibly disappointed.
I would recommend you avoid at all costs!
They have some bottles on Amazon … try that route!

It’s been a frustrating experience with bottlebottle. I ordered a product that was unfortunately unavailable, and while I was informed about this, the alternative they offered was not suitable for me, so I declined.
They later emailed me stating that the original product would be back in stock within a month.
However, a month has passed—along with additional time—and I have yet to receive any updates.
In my attempts to resolve this, I reached out several times via both their website and the customer service email, but I was met with complete silence. This lack of communication is unacceptable!
Due to this appalling service, I have escalated the matter by raising a case with PayPal to seek a resolution. Paypal has since refunded me the full amount.
May my experience serve as a warning to potential buyers: please beware and avoid purchasing from bottlebottle.
Do not order. Customer service ignore you.
Ordered the wrong size. Wrote immediately (wi thin minutes) asking to cancel or change. No response. There is no number to call and customer service ignore emails. Terrible company. Especially as I’m ordering from abroad so returns are pretty much impossible. I’m very unimpressed.
