This company has NO phone
This company has NO phone, NO office (despite putting an address on their website they no longer have) all their staff work remotely.
READ the Trust Pilot reviews of the CETTIRE page (not UK).
They do NOT reply to emails. They claim 1 day response time but this is a LIE.
They do not refund you - absolutely terrible scam company - AVOID THEM
Try getting in touch - IMPOSSIBLE
I wish I had read the reviews and done some Google research before buying.
They delete negative comments on their FB page - you can see this if you watch the page for a couple of days.... and all the angry faces. Search Financial articles about their business practices - extremely concerning!

Very good service and product quality
Very good, 14 day return inline with Italian return policy. 24hrs response time to email i find this pretty standard. Bought 2 items, returned both due to sizing not right but they arrived perfect and when sent back they refunded me in 12 days for each item so 2 days over the 10 days but email response kept me updated and overall I found it a good service. Shipping and returns are a breeze all labels provided and they cover pickup.

Really dodgy!
Really sorry to not have read reviews before I paid for an item. No response from customer service. Comments are disabled on their Instagram. DODGY, dodgy company. I have no hope I’ll get my item or a response from them - I wonder if there’s a way of reporting them?

This company has one of the most appalling services that I’ve ever come across. Note they are located in Italy and not in the Uk for a start. They delay returns and refunds and take 24 hrs to respond to each email. I will never shop with this retailer again.

Review on Cettire clothing company.
I bought an expensive coat from this company and sent it back the same day I received it as it didn't suit me.
However it was nearly 6 weeks later that they finally reimbursed me for the coat and this was only after many emails back and forth asking for my money back.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone after my experience with them.

I purchased a Alexander Mcqueen jacket white with a rose drawn on it and a Dior Homme Golden letters white sweater. They wear deer but worth the buy. I will be purchasing from Cettire again.
