New product sent immediately after first product was faulty

I had a problem ordering the free samples with my order but Lilia in customer services resolved this for me. The reply to my initial request was very prompt and all further correspondence was also very efficient. All resolved in a couple of emails. Fantastic customer service and thank you so much Lilia. I am a first time customer, recommended by a friend, and am looking forward to trying the products.

I have bought the red correct from Eborian for years..it was my cream for life..I haven't got time for long winded 30 minute make up routines..
But I bought my next batch from Amazon..and I thought..this isn't the same !..I genuinely panicked!
I researched whether the formula had changed..and I was gutted to find it has..
Doesn't glide on anymore,drags my skin..leaves it looking oily and patchy..
My mother thought my cheeks were actually bruised, until I realized it just didn't blend on my skin anymore..
I've tried 6 different skin tints/ foundations since..and my confidence has dropped to an all time low..nothing works the same..completely gutted and saddened my favourite skin care is no more 😞

Super hassle free! Love being able to receive a free sample of the product you’ve purchased to try before opening, super helpful! I personally had to return the Green CC corrector as I am very pale and gave me a slight green tone but was able to get it returned and replaced very quickly and customer service was very kind and efficient!

I'm grateful to Lilia because she had dealt with my issues straightaway and was understanding and kind.

I recently contacted Erborian about the new CC Creme formula which has recently changed. I find the new one quite claggy to apply, much heavier than the original, it also sits very shiny and pores now visible. The old creme was perfect and I left reviews reflecting 5 stars for this at the time. On this occasion I found their customer service representative very abrupt to the point of rude when advised about this. I had also asked if they had old stock I could purchase or advise of stockists who may still have it, told No and my comments would be passed on. I've now deleted my account with them and found a tube of the original on eBay for half the price.

Such great customer service from Lilia! She helped me choose the right products for my skin type and colour, which was so helpful. The BB cream is super, feels really nice, colour looks v natural. Had it not been for Lilia’s expert advice, I may have chosen the wrong colour, so I’m very pleased with this company and I will buy from them again.

Na alle goede reviews dit product gekocht. Viel mij erg tegen. Droogt m’n huid uit en geeft irritatie. Het blijft wel de hele dag zitten. Ook vind ik de matte finish niet mooi maar dat is persoonlijk.

I’ve used Erborian products for a good few years now. I recently made an online purchase but forgot to use an offer code advertised on their website for a free gift. I emailed customer services and asked if I could possibly add the free gift to my order. I didn’t really think they would give it to me, but, to my surprise, Lilia from their team responded and said that would be no problem at all and sent over an email to confirm the free gift order. I’m a very happy customer.

Really wanted to try the anti-redness cc cream and finally got the smallest size in a sale and even though the colour is perfect, it dried my skin out so much that it was itchy by the end of the day and I had peeling patches on my cheeks and all over my nose.
