Avoid this company at all costs. They claimed my package was lost and refused a refund, then suddenly “found” it only after I threatened legal action. The clothes themselves are see-through and poor quality, and the way they operate shows a complete lack of integrity and morals. Dishonest and disappointing from start to finish.

I had an outfit that was given to me by a friend, she got the wrong size and they refused to exchange it for the correct size. It was still in packaging and label was still on it. Asked them few times. And just ignored me.

I love this brand! The clothes are stylish, comfortable, and great quality. Everything fits perfectly and feels made to last. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

I placed an order from this store and the order came very promptly. The clothing was lovely but the sizes where not correct for me. I called customer service and dealt with brother Kashif with returning the goods. The service he gave to help me with the return was priceless. I would recommend the store and would order again. 100% cotton but its very thin it all see through i have ordered 4 dress from ethnic uk website.
The prints are good but very thin material how come a Muslim country sell these type of clothes which you can't wear in the public

I had a really difficult time trying to return a product due to my personal circumstances and limitations, but the team at ETHNC went above and beyond to help me. I don’t have a car and have a young baby at home, so getting to a parcel shop was extremely challenging. The staff were incredibly patient, understanding, and proactive in arranging solutions outside of their normal process to make things easier for me.

They listened to my concerns, communicated clearly, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue. Thanks to their dedication, I was able to get my return sorted without further stress. I’m extremely grateful for their outstanding support and highly recommend their service.

I bought clothes online from ETHNC UK. Before I paid, I made sure they knew what size I needed. I asked them to check. They said, 'Yes, it's correct.' But, when the clothes arrived, they were the wrong size. It's much too big.

I tried to call them on the phone. I called every day for three days. No one answered. I also sent an email to their customer service. I explained the problem. They did not reply to my email.

They have a shop in the UK, but they don't help customers. They don't answer calls or emails. This is very bad. I am very unhappy with my order.

I do not recommend buying from ETHNC UK. They made a mistake and did not fix it. I had a very, very bad experience.

I regularly shop for ethnc Pakistani clothing, but this was my first time ordering from their uk website .I was genuinely impressed by the level of service provided. I went a little overboard with the sale shopping, but some items didn’t fit as expected, so I requested a refund. The process was smooth and hassle-free—I received a return label via email without any issues and in couple of days I got confirmation that my refund had been processed. Although they mentioned it could take up to 10 days, it was completed almost immediately.
Even before the refund was fully processed, I was so confident in their service that I placed a couple more orders. Highly recommended for their efficient service and great customer care!
