Great set of products very well made and fit for purpose.

I have used Eufy for approximately two years and used it in Tenerife twice a year for three weeks with no issues. I highly recommend Eufy and well worth the annual payment of £45 for the peace of mind while abroad. I know I can keep communication going no matter what. I go climbing & trekking in out of way areas with the knowledge I can keep in touch. Thanks you Eufy.

Fantastic product and after accessory services

Just got a whole eufy system (home hub doorbell, chime and s4 camera) to replace ring system only to find eufy has worse connectivity and streaming than ring does. Shows everything as online but try to watch any of it and it takes over 10 minutes, if it plays at all. And live streaming ... good luck. Done all the troubleshooting steps and still terrible. I am seriously regretting this purchase.
Oh and they don't reply to the in-app feedback thing - ask for your order number then ignore you.

I can no longer drag any type of vacuum cleaner around due to Arthritis. My daughter suggested a robot, she spent some time abroad where these were used. What a difference this has made to my life, no pain in wrists just time Milo (gave him a name) and off he goes. Best thing I have purchased ever.

Purchase the video and light camera as well as the omni robot cleaner and mop.
Both products were super easy to set up and the quality of the videos and quality of cleaning are exemplary. Highly recommend EUFY there products are well packaged and instructions on use are very easy to follow ….and they work!

The Eufy E35 is a great machine, quick, quiet and efficient. It does an excellent job while I get on with other things. Can't wait for you to invent a robotic dusting machine! Couldn't be more pleased with my new friend.

Fast delivery excellent product.

My overall experience with the Eufy Omni E25 has been extremely disappointing. For a relatively new machine (14months), I expected better reliability and a much higher standard of after sales care.
After spending considerable time exchanging emails, troubleshooting and arranging a return, I sent my vacuum to Eufy clean and without the roller mop brush. They confirmed that the roller mop motor had been repaired and returned the device.
When I opened the parcel, I was met with an unbearable smell. The machine was wet with an unknown, foul-smelling liquid, and an old, damp-looking roller mop brush had been fitted, despite me not sending one.
The smell was so bad that I had to move the vacuum into my garage because I could not keep it inside my home. I have kept it switched off and have not used or charged it in this condition.
Communication throughout the process often lacked detail, and I had to ask what had actually been repaired. Returning a device in this condition raises serious concerns about the care taken during repairs and the checks carried out before dispatch.
What should have been a straightforward repair has become a frustrating and time-consuming experience. My confidence in both the product and Eufy’s after-sales service has been seriously damaged. I will update this feedback when I see how they resolve the situation.
