Eufy Avis 

Door chime purchased is not compatible with my door bell.

I wanted to like Eufy video doorbells I bought having had Rings previously but
- the set-up wasn't intuitive;
- I had several issues that required multiple emails with support;
- the compatibility between products is very poor;
- the product information prior to buying is seriously lacking;
- and the absolutely shocking quality of the screws supplied with the doorbells (sort that out Anker!!!!)

Easy set up and installation.
Very responsive and captures all details.

The cleaning is not up to the standards.

The product is great however I found a huge floor. On my weight loss journey I invested in the scales after losing a considerable amount of weight however the app does not allow you to transfer data from your previous weight loss only moving forward from the date of purchase, which I think is a real shame. Everyone loves to see a larger success rather than just the minimal amount of success towards the end of a weight loss journey.

Wifi connection not great and so much delay when doorbell rings sometimes. For the price I expected it to be more reliable

Delivered on time. Very good quality camera with a nice clear picture. Easy to install both on the outside wall and to Eufy system. Would defiantly buy this product again.

Not great at saving maps! Have to keep deleting and creating a new map!

Still getting use to the features with this product but feel a lot safer with the cameras operating front and back Of house

Ordered the eufy c37 camera's,they came in a short time. These were easy to fit and set up. Viewing on them is fantastic and very sharp even on night vision great clarity.

The eufy camera and doorbell are really clear and easy to use.

The card box packaging was extremely well designed, impressive. The accompanying unpacking instructions were easy to follow. It was delivered soon after being ordered. We had difficulties getting to grips with operating the device but that was more to do with my age than a fault. A good buy

I have recently purchased the Eufy SoloCam S340 for my house and I must say I've been extremely pleased with the ease of use, fitting and features of this product. The fact that there is plenty of storage without having to pay out for a subscription was the main draw.
The product has lots of customisable features that are easy to do within the app, and the quality of the camera build really impressed. I will definitely be purchasing more Eufy products in the future.
