Scammers !!!

I booked my flight and paid for it, but they never sent me a booking confirmation and they don’t answer any calls! When you call, there’s an automated message asking you to enter your confirmation number if you want to speak to an agent.

I’ve been scammed I have all the recordings proving this issue.

When I chose option 3 to reach customer service, the agent said, “I can see your booking, but I don’t know why it was cancelled.” He couldn’t give me any explanation and only said, “You’ll receive a refund.”

This has put me in a horrible situation. I will make sure to share the recorded calls on all social media platforms so everyone knows about this scam.

They lost my booking, took my money, and didn’t even inform me that the booking was cancelled. What a horrible company!

Avoid Avoid Avoid

I rarely post reviews about companies and when I do generally it is after a positive experience. However this is a negative review. Booked flights for 3 people to travel to Munich at the end of November (this is part of a group of 6 friends) They emailed to say that the airline had cancelled the flights and we had 5 days to respond to get our money back. Checked the airline website and the flight is still operating. The flights are now double the cost to re-book. Tried to call them but they put the phone down. Has ruined a friends trip away that was booked7 months in advance. I would recommend that you do not use flight network.

Very deceptive Google heading

Partially my fault. I googled Lufthansa and up came the official looking page. I booked. Efficient but too many extras I thought. Paid. Incl fee for flexibility. Then discovered it was not lufthansa at all. Rang and cancelled. That cost me another £35 and the news that my refund could take 7 days! DO BE CAREFUL !

Virker ikke til at stole på

Jeg troede, at jeg var på SAS' hjemmeside, og pludselig så det hele forkert ud. Det var Flight Network, der havde taget over - nærmest som phishing.
Vi endte med at betale 300, - kr for en sæde reservation - per person, hver vej. Det er grotesk! Og så tillader de sig at sige, at de ikke kan garantere, at man får de pladser, man har bestilt og betalt til åger priser. Det hed præmie, ikke pris. Sikkert et smart trick.
Vi endte med at betale mindst 500,- kr. mere, end hvis vi havde booket med SAS direkte.
Så book direkte med flyselskabet, ikke med dette firma. Det virker ikke ok.

Manglende refusion 2

Jeg blev overrasket over, at Flight Network ikke kunne finde min sag, da jeg havde opgivet ordernummer 1020-819-059, og jeg har kommunikeret med Flight Network gennem det nummer, Så sent som i går fik jeg e-mail fra jer.
Men nu får I mit bookingnummer : JNSH39

Manglende refusion
Jeg har senest i går oplevet at blive afvist af Flightnetwork vedr. refusion af 9 returbilletter til Firenze. Jeg har talt med medarbejder og kommunikeret med Flightnetwork via chats, som fremstår som chatbots, da svarene ofte ikke giver mening.
Jeg har tidligere benyttet Flightnetwork uden problemer. Respekt for det.
Mit aktuelle problem er følgende.
Jeg købte 9 billetter og min kone 3 billetter til Firenze tur/returbillet. Ordrenummer 1020-819-059 for ordren med de 9 billetter.
Min kone bliver alvorligt syg, og rejsen bliver aflyst. Min kone anmoder Flightnetwork om refusion for det 3 billetter (11445kr) og refusionen går glat, og pengene kom ind på bankkonto den 10. juni 2025.
Desværre går det galt med min anmodning om refusion af 9 billetter svarende til 34000 kr. Selv om der er tale om samme omstændigheder som sagen med de 3 billetter, er refusion ikke gennemført endnu. Jeg har fået flere forskellige beskeder med tilsagn om at sagen løses snarest. Jeg anmoder Flightnetwork om en hurtig løsning, så at min almindelige tilfredshed til Flightnetwork kan genoprettes.

Walgelijk!

Deze maatschappij zouden ze moeten verbieden. Een eerste vlucht met air india werd verzet waardoor we moesten herboeken. Dit gedaan te hebben, annuleren ze mijn hele trip naar Nepal! Ze zeggen alles terug te zullen betalen terwijl ik gewoon mijn vluchten wil. Vrienden van mij nemen dezelfde vluchten met cheapticket en daar is geen probleem. Echt walgelijk! Boek nooit een reis met deze maatschappij!!!

Helt umulig. Rotete, fikk ikke tilsendt reisedokumenter, møtte en sur og frekk dame på kundeservice da jeg spurte hvordan man får sjekket inn (med hvilket av de tre ulike referansenumrene), link til innsjekking fungerte ikke, beskjed fra flightnetwork om at reisedokumenter finnes på flyselskapets sider, mens hos flyselskapet fikk man må henvende seg til byrået… flightnetwork krevde passinfo på innlandsreise, det står «handling kreves», og feilmeldingen dukker opp igjen selv om man har lagt inn passnr. Omsider etter mye frustrasjon og uvisse fikk jeg et referansenummer som funka til innsjekking direkte i flyselskapene sine apper… Bestiller aldri her igjen.

Awful

Awful! As other users have found, I had my flights changed and then it has taken over a month to get a refund. I am still waiting! Do Not Use would be my advice.

The worst experience of my life.
A truly terrible company that shows no respect for its customers.

I booked a flight that cost me 6,400 DKK with a changeable ticket and a cancellation guarantee.
I later found myself in a situation where I needed to change the date to one that suited me better.

I found another flight for 5,000 DKK and asked the company to rebook me. They told me I had to pay an additional 3,500 DKK. My original standard ticket cost 4,800 DKK, so I believed I would only need to pay the price difference of 200 DKK. But they insisted I had to pay 3,000 DKK as the price difference.

This is incredibly unfair and misleading. I expected better from a company that promises flexible and customer-friendly service.

This is a complete and utter scam…

This is a complete and utter scam service. Bogus fees made up on a whim depending on the day, and truly, truly awful customer service that is completely unwilling to help any time you encounter a problem. The hidden scam fees are NOT worth the money saved to not book with the airline -- BOOK WITH THE AIRLINE DIRECT. Or use another Third Party that is not Flight Network because this is a really big, deceitful scam.

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM! Our flights to NZ were changed twice without notifying us. We then had to cancel flights, and were assured we would be refunded all of the taxes and fees. 5 months later and still no refund received, despite repeated calls and messages. They don't provide an email address to contact. This company now tells me that the airline will refund, while the airline tells me that Flight Network has to refund.

Appalling. Don't go near them

Appalling.

I was unable to add an extra hold bag during the booking process so I tried online but there was no option. I've spent around 3 hours on the phone today only to have someone tell me with a straight face that no one is allowed to take more than one bag on a flight. Ridiculous. The airline can't do it because it's booked through them and they can't do it because they are useless and tantamount to scammers. So I now have to pay inflated additional baggage charges at the airport because these useless turds can't provide even the most basic service. 0/10 do not recomment.

Aldri bestill noe gjennom disse. De kansellerte turen, og sa på telefon at de fant ingen alternativ. Så de lovet å betale tilbake pengene, og kansellere turen. Nå nekter de å betale tilbake, pga flyet gikk visstnok allikevel. Håpløst.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

One of the worst experiences of my life!
I bought my tickets in October 2024 for a trip to Japan in August 2025.
A week ago, I was told that one of my flights was cancelled and NO solution was offered!
They told me I would be refunded, even though I clearly said I didn’t want a refund — I wanted a solution so I could enjoy my trip!
Even worse, I checked with the airline, and they told me that not only was my flight not cancelled, but it was still available for booking!
This agency is shady and treats its customers with zero respect! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

you'd have to give them five stars for lying and for making you hold on. I had to cancel a flight with wiz airs because they refused to carry my mobility scooter either in the hold or as checked in luggage...this meant I had to rebook with another airline that is not discriminatory but I have not received any information or confirmation of my cancellation or my refund ...I have used their chat which takes literally hours and then they cut me off as soon as it got to the point where someone needed to make a decision or take action. This morning I have been holding on the phone for more than an hour and I am still number 10 in the queue which is what they said when I started so no movement there...they do not have excellent customer service as they say,- so far they did not help to cancel the flights and nor have they done anything to contact the airline I was booked with to expedite the refund process which is not registering at all on my booking page of their website. The airline Wiz says it is their responsibility and they say it is the airline's so basically I am stuck between two useless companies and have had to pay for my holiday twice.. Fortunately I have kept a copy of all my chat transcripts and am going to find another route for trying to get my money back but stay away from this company, they add no value and are consummately unhelpful.

Elendig kundeservice og manglende ansvar – måtte annullere vores billetter!

Jeg har haft en ekstremt frustrerende oplevelse med Flight Network, Qatar Airways og Malaysia Airlines i forbindelse med en simpel tastefejl i min kones efternavn på vores flybilletter. En enkelt forkert bogstav burde være en nem rettelse, men i stedet er vi blevet kastet rundt mellem selskaberne uden nogen løsning.

Flight Network nægter at ændre navnet og beder os kontakte flyselskaberne direkte. Qatar Airways og Malaysia Airlines siger, at ændringer kun kan foretages af Flight Network. Ingen vil tage ansvar, og vi får modsatrettede svar, hver gang vi kontakter kundeservice.

Vi har allerede brugt over 12.000 euro på denne rejse, inklusive hoteller, og vi rejser med små børn. Til sidst havde vi ingen anden mulighed end at annullere billetterne, da vi ikke kunne få en bekræftelse på, at min kone ville få lov at rejse med den minimale tastefejl. Det er fuldstændig uacceptabelt, at en så lille fejl kan føre til, at vi mister vores rejse!

Hvis du overvejer at booke gennem Flight Network eller flyve med Qatar Airways/Malaysia Airlines, så vær forberedt på en totalt uduelig kundeservice, hvor du spilder timevis på at få en løsning, der aldrig kommer. Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale dem!
