Esperienza negativa con Grafton Recruitment Italia.
Dopo essere stato contattato telefonicamente e aver fatto una prima Call conoscitiva con una responsabile, mi rendo conto che ero stato contattato prima dalla stessa azienda che si era affidata a loro e poi da loro per la stessa posizione.
Organizzazione pessima.
Successivamente, dopo aver concordato e raccomandato che ci tenevo ad essere informato sia in caso positivo, sia in caso negativo e puntualmente dal 10 Dicembre 2025 ad oggi non ho avuto più nessuna notizia. Ho provato a sollecitare una risposta via mail ma niente. Sconsigliatissimo.

Absolute scammers, their "Crystal Mugs" are plastic 3$ cheap Alibaba CRAP! They charged me 50USD like 80AUD for me & sent me cheap plastic crap nothing as advertised & ive emailed them straight away on delivery once saw the pathetic mugs & they have 1 month return policy so they keep not sending me return details they reply asking why return when ive already said why so I say again & demand return details they wait several days then ask the same question & offer 10% back to use on ANOTHER item! Just trying to waste my month! Absolute scammers crap products & should be banned from selling anything! DO NOT TRUST!!

STAY CLEAR! Went for an interview, received no feedback, nothing. No communication or anything. It’s extremely frustrating when you have go through the interview process to be left in the dark. Wouldn’t recommend.

Scamming people thats all this agency is! Offers you "help" and asking you to contact them by email then never responding and calling you back. Only requesting trustpilot to delete your comments when you have hard evidence incl. Conversations from theirs employees that they had scammed you! Grafton Recruitment If you had nothing to hide then why no response back from you while you asking people to contact you directly?

Really communicative, explained the process, answered all my questions in a timely manner. Always professional.

Scam message on Telegram from +447946474724 says:
Hello, I'm Celline from Grafton Recruitment.
We are looking for employees to work as freelancer.
Could i share some job details to you?

I put in a data subject access request to you as I seem to have fallen victim to the non-affiliated scammers.

After reading a few of the reviews it seems genuine - There are a number of people that seem to have the same message from the same person even!

It doesn't seem as though you will be able to provide anything through the SAR as in my direct communication I had no previous knowledge of your company or affiliates.

I tried to engage with the number but didn't get any answer or a reply back from them direct.

It may be of use to note that the numbers used can be traced digitally to their origin (carrier) and you could put in a request for them to disbar the numbers, alongside the official whats app channels that Facebook provide to vendors for validating the API to use as a business.

Had a WhatsApp message from a scammer called Emma Duncan pretending to be from this company. Leaving a 5* review so that the real company isn't negatively affected.

Agnieszka Szczubialkiewicz has provided a bespoke, tailor made approach to providing myself as a candidate the best preparation I've had for an interview to date. She has a critical awareness of what works and what doesn't & her input is extremely useful. I am very pleased with her expertise & support.

Please do not read the reviews and be put off. After some investigating after getting a suspicious WhatsApp message claiming to be a recruiter from Grafton Recruitment, I can say with certainty this is a scam not hosted by the company itself. The company appears to be genuine and has happy employees and positive reviews. It’s unfair they are being punished for something out of their control. Please just block the number and move on, don’t get angry at Grafton Recruitment.

I’ve been employed with Grafton Recruitment on behalf of the NHS EEAST for nearly a year now. Despite have several long term issues with EEAST with my pay as an agency worker, I could not thank Lauren (General Manager) and Teigan (Talent Specialist) enough with their consistent fight on my behalf. Always chase up my issues promptly, communication is impeccable and have an all round great relationship with Grafton. I would recommend working with Grafton. (Doncaster branch)

Received a scam message via WhatsApp off someone posing to be this Company. It’s not from the Company themselves so leaving a message to let people know as there rating is been destroyed unfairly.

1st approached by someone called Agnes
And sent the below message

'The company is currently expanding into international development through advance technology, Required for security purposes.

Requirements
-Age 20 above
-Training will be provided
-Hire currently living in the UK
-Salary through encrypted wallet (TRC20)

Benefits
-Work/Life balance
-( 30-60 minutes / day )
-Weekly ( 600 ~ 900 USDT )
-Flexible time and UK locations'

Then said someone else will text me regarding employment.

Someone did called Aaron but had a 18 year old girl face for the profile picture. (1ST RED FLAG)

Then I played along with it to see the outcome and they try get you to sign as soon as.
I said it will have to be after new years they replied with

But If you could register today? There is a new year's giveaway going on, when one joins they get a new membership reward of 15 USDTS (2ND RED FLAG)

And 3rd red flag, is that after working for 5 consecutive days, I will earn a base salary of 750 USDT +plus commission, bonuses etc. Please bare in mind, that around £620. Now thats just BS. Drug dealers earn less.
