I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with October’s Very Own.

I ordered clothing worth about €275 (a polo and a jogger). According to DHL, the package was left unattended outside my front door while I was not at home. There was no signature, no handover, and I never received the parcel. When I came back, it was gone.

I immediately contacted customer support and explained the situation, including the delivery photo which clearly shows the package just placed outside. I checked with neighbours and around the building, but it was nowhere to be found.

Instead of helping, the support simply kept repeating that the tracking says “delivered” and therefore they are not responsible. No replacement and no refund were offered. It honestly felt like nobody actually tried to resolve the issue.

At the beginning I actually wanted the items and would have accepted a replacement. But after the way this case was handled, I lost all interest in the products. Good customer service should care about whether the customer actually received the goods, not just whether a tracking status changed.

For a large brand and a company connected to a major artist, I expected much better support. The communication felt dismissive and unhelpful. I tried to continue the conversation but I could no longer get proper responses through their ticket system.

I finally had to open a PayPal Buyer Protection case just to have a chance to get my money back. Without PayPal I would most likely be left with nothing even though I never received the order.

I cannot recommend ordering here. If you do, make sure you use PayPal. My experience showed me that once the tracking says “delivered”, they consider the matter closed even if the customer never actually received the package.

Very frustrating experience and I will not order again.

No refund or store credit

No refund or store credit, been waiting for 3 months,

no customer care phone number
no response on email
chat shows office hours are 9-5 mon to fri but when you are trying to reach them WITHIN the hours, chat says Chat is offline.

Terrible service. Feels like a scam

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never bought from OVO before so as a first time buyer, i have told so many people to simply stay away from this company. Regardless of how nice some of the products are, the customer service or lack of it makes you feel like you are buying from a scamming website. They have made multiple mistakes and never ever respond and I bought something for over £600. As a first time customer spending £600 on an item that you can’t guarantee is “worth” it. You would expect a tiny bit of customer service to ease your mind and to help you along the way. Well all they did was ignore my emails. Not respond to any query at all and then in the end the product I wanted to buy became out of stock before they even responded. Actually they still haven’t responded so the item I was then forced to buy due to fear of them becoming out of stock is actually not even my first option. I just feel like I spent £600 on something I didn’t want. Don’t expect any customer service from these people. Better to just buy from stock X or eBay. lol. I’ve never had to wait to buy an item from a company before. That is totally counter productive and to be honest, stupid.

Lack of customer service

The customer service in this company is close to the worst I’ve ever seen. I purchased a product with the sole intention to wear it to a drake concert and was sent 2 sizes too small, and then my email was not responded to until 3 days after the 3 day shipping period(I ordered the product 11 days before show). Mind you there are no phones that customer service has or can use. They then go on to tell send me the wrong information for my return and say I won’t be receiving the money back that I spent for shipping costs. I then emailed that back to them and did not receive any response for 24 hours. Then, assuring me I would get the full refund back, expect me to trust that they’ll put that full refund on my card when I package and ship them the product back after already messing up quite a simple step in choosing the correct size for the order. All in all this is an example of a company that does not care about the customer.

Quick delivery

Ordered a OVO Essentials Hoodie on 24/05. Estimated delivery date was 30/05, received it today (29/05)I have previously ordered from OVO and was told after order that the goods were out of stock and to wait 3 weeks for replacements so i cancelled the order. this was in 2022. Found this experience to be positive and i am happy with the product.

I order 2 things and receive it after 7 days i was scare to order after reading all the bad comments but everything went normal maybe delivery is a bit expensive but i will order again i live and belgium 7days is good for me

It has been over 2 weeks and they say…

It has been over 2 weeks and they say they are still not ready to ship my order due to high demand. They always sell out. Could they possibly be that unprepared for their own success?! The customer service sends out generic responses and then as usual I still sit and wait for the items. On their web site it states you should receive it within 2 weeks time, not still wait for it to be shipped over 2 weeks after you order. Dissatisfied.

Nothing to worry about !!

I ordered a t shirt for my misus as a surprise for Christmas ( Ordered on the 4th) after reading the reviews on here l was really skeptical and full of doubt and the order was late but it was in time for Christmas, in total it took 15 days to arrive but it’s Christmas so it’s understandable, but I really don’t think Drake is bothered about scamming people out of £100 or more the guy earns millions per month not including the profits from this store, it’s clear he’s invested into this company to make it better and branch out to the rest of the world, just order way in advance, packaging and t shirt was perfect and as described, in the UK they used DHL, you can order with confidence from this store ! Trust me

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. No customer satisfaction whatsoever. Ordered 3 male t-shirts. Medium size is too long like a nightgown. Asked to have it returned. So many popular clothing online stores have return policy, ovo is final sale. They even charge for shipping..
They accepted a return, however to get a refund is a pain. They do not give refund back on the card. They provide with a code which can be used only online!!! What if I buy online again and it doesn’t fit??? Had to follow up as the merchandise was already returned and delivered but I still didn’t get the code. Not even tiny bit of being pleasant or helpful via email correspondence. Horrible!!! Very disappointed.

They are running a scam on the website. I'm sure legal action is pending.

Terrible customer service in store and…

Terrible customer service in store and online, they just leave you waiting, look over your head when they talk to you and have absolutely no idea of the stock they have. I asked for a t shirt in a medium, they said they didn’t have any left and then someone else asked for the same thing and all of a sudden another member of staff comes out the back with the very T-shirt I asked about for the other customer.

Ordered items online for a birthday present, 2 weeks later no despatch note, no correspondence at all. Emailed querying the items waited again to be told I was being refunded….no stock.

Unbelievably horrible service overall

Unbelievably horrible service overall. Ordered 2 t shirts and socks. No shipping confirmation for a week. I contacted via live chat and I was informed one of them got sold out (was in stock when I ordered though). I still waited cause it was a gift and they said it would take 10 days to restock. After 15 business days when I asked them they said it was in stock and it would take about 5-10 days to ship. Still days went by and no shipping. I asked again and I was told the SECOND shirt now was out of stock. I removed that item , they refunded me the money for that and the shipping costs as an apology, but I got my order after TWO full months . I’ve had orders from apps like Wish come quicker like wth. Definitely not going to re purchase.

Out of stock and cancellation weeks after order

I ordered a tshirt as a gift and over 2 weeks later it had still not arrived. I used the live chat function to enquire about my order and they said it was out of stock and my money would be refunded. This is poor as the garments are expensive and delivery is £10. If i hadn't contacted, when would I have found out my item was not coming? 2+ weeks ago it was still in stock when i placed my order!! Will not be attempting to order anything from OVO again

Was a very good experience

I never had any problems at all with any shipping or tracking options and the order came after only 5 days.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I placed an order end of November 2021 for a gift for my brother for Orthodox Christmas January 7th. After multiple attempts to contact customer service I finally wrote an email requesting a refund. I received an email instantly that the order was "shipped" only to see the tracking still stated "label created". I received the gift on January 25th, almost 2 months later! No apologies, no care, and not even a refund of the $15.00 shipping fee I paid for shipping that took almost 2 months. Do not order from this company. Paid 100$ for a t-shirt mostly for the brand and the new collab with Raptors, but will never spend another dollar with them. Disgusting!

Terrible service!!!!!

Terrible service!!!!!! I placed the order on December 12 , 2021 and did not receive anything except for notification that label had been created. Horrible customer service that does not respond to emails . Unable to track my order. Never ordering online and in store from that company again !!!!
