Loss Claim - Stress-free process!!
I started a loss claim on a Friday, it was accepted on the Saturday and I had a new device in my hand on the Monday! 4 days really is the definition of expediency. Highly recommend, have been with them for years and will continue to be so.

I’ve been with protect your bubble for…
I’ve been with protect your bubble for about a year, the first time I needed to use them was to fix a crack on my phone they charged me £90 and gave me a cheap ill fitted screen which broke again shortly after not to mention they took 5 days to repair my phone and made me restart it which also disconnected my number and all my bank card info etc very long winded for poor quality.

To clarify, the £90 was your policy excess, which is communicated before cover is purchased and is also outlined within the policy documentation.
We're also concerned to hear about the issues you experienced. The phone restart process is sometimes required as part of diagnostics or repair procedures; however, the number disconnection and banking card information is not something we would typically expect to occur. The issues you've described are highly unusual and not feedback we commonly receive.
We would welcome the opportunity to investigate this further. If you could provide additional details, such as your claim reference number via the email you will have received from Trustpilot we would be happy to look into the matter and review what happened.
