I love the freshness of these products and they make my teeth look extra shiny, I’m unsure if the whitening is effective as it’s only been a few days but I hope it will be.

Brighter teeth
I wasn't expecting much from this little pot of powder but I was pleasantly surprised. Just wet your toothbrush, dip it in the pot and brush. It's a funny chalky sensation and taste but starts to foam when brushing. I use an electric toothbrush and definitely saw a difference in the brightness of my teeth after a few applications. Continued use is required to maintain results.

Initially all I was looking for was the replacement heads for my Spotlight Sonic that I bought from QVC just before Covid, after a bad experience at my last Dentist who was prepared to send me away with a hole still in my tooth after an asthma attack halted her progress at getting me out of the door! I insisted she fill it which she did, but I vowed never to go back! So the Sonic lasted me very well, then with replacement heads purchased from yourselves I hope for lasting care!

I researched on line and this toothbrush came recommended.
I’m not disappointed . My teeth feel clean after brushing . I like the feel and wight of the toothbrush .
I would recommend this tooth brush to my friends .

I admit it was my own fault for ordering something from them when I didn't actually need their product. (My finger slipped) But the thing is I sent them a message straight away and they never answered. Very bad customer service.

Fast and efficient. Well packaged and arrived undamaged. Took a while to figure out how to extract the attachment after flossing, (the little button on the back) but hubby put me right!

Would be a great toothbrush if it kept working
I really liked my toothbrush but after a year it just stopped working, my husband has one too and his continued to work fine. I emailed the company to explain and hopefully get a replacement but no one ever responded. So I reluctantly ordered another because I do really rate the product when it’s working but after not even a few months the same thing happened again. I use the same settings as my husband and store it in the same place so don’t understand why mine have both stopped working. Disappointing because it’s a product I would like to support.

My orange brushes are often out of…
My orange brushes are often out of stock.
Not great as I bought into this toothbrush and don’t want white brushes.
I try to buy if stock is showing and try to keep a stock in.
However I think you are not great at stock levels.
Like the brush,it’s not perfect as the button is not in the best place and there is no warning light thst the battery is needing charging.Really bad design.Not sure how that got missed??
However love the brush and think it does a good job.Just wonder how long it will be in production given its limitations.

Ordered the wrong colour toothbrush…
Ordered the wrong colour toothbrush head on April 11th and informed Customer Service on 12th April...nothing. Left a review after which they (Jacqui) requested Order No. Nothing since. I have also called twice..nothing! It is now May 1st and I tried calling...no response!
Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!!

Great quality - scope to improve sustainability
Products are good but the teeth whitening pen is wastefully over-packaged. It is also a shame Spotlight do not offer recycled or recyclable replacement brush heads, in the light of 'always keeping the planet in mind' statement on the packaging. The plastic-looking post bag states 'The end of plastic as we know it' without any further details about what this means. It gives the impression that slogans are used which could benefit from more visible follow-through in practice.
