Zero faults been using their products every day and am loving it. Had one issue with the HEAT PROTECTION SPRAY and they rectified it straight away and the lass that took the issue was very polite and respectful

I’m still really enjoying the products…
I’m still really enjoying the products I’ve purchased from The Beard Struggle, and I’ve recently added the body trimmer to my collection. The included accessories are very useful and make the grooming experience even better.
My only suggestion for improvement would be for the trimmer itself to provide a slightly closer cut. A cutting length of around 0.2 mm would give an even cleaner, closer shave on body hair. Aside from that, I’m very happy with the product and would happily recommend it.

Pop Up Recommended Add O Issue!n
Pop ups when trying to pay add on unwanted items which cannot be removed from basket. Emailed over 48hrs ago and still not resolved. I cannot afford the extras or remove them as you do not allow a basket edit. Furious about this.
