Good Quality Items
Website was easy to navigate which made buying quick and easy. Items were dispatched within a good timeframe and were excellently packaged. On opening, the items were of a good quality and well worth the money.

This is by far one amazing beard tool
This is by far one amazing beard tool. It heats up pretty quickly and the beard feels amazing afterwards. I just use it sometimes extra time just because I like the heat on my face, almost like a relaxation device. High end quality materials, feels good in my hand, it doesn't seem heavy but I love its weight. I used it 3 times on 200C just to see how many minutes/times it lasts. On average I used it 12minutes and it lasted 3 times with still a bar left to spare on the battery. Besides I still have a spare battery to use probably when my beard will get longer. Good charging cradle, and the cable is again of high quality material. And let's not forget amazing customer service with quick concise replies and yes amazing rapid delivery, and finaly the prestine beautiful packing which I'm sorry to say to other companies, but you need a lesson from these guys because man do they know how to put a smile on my face (received 3 free gifts too, how's that for attention getter?) Overall, AMAZING!

Overall failure of product
Within weeks all but one battery had stopped working or connecting properly, the one that does still work only holds charge for a few minutes and that is with being extra careful to hold the battery in place as the fit is. It great and it comes loose often whilst in use. I have had to resort back to my older but more reliable unbranded beard straightener.

Ordered over a month ago
Ordered over a month ago. Still haven’t received the product. No communication on why it might be late/note available, have tried to complain about this but as it was over 30days since it was ordered I couldn’t raise a complaint. Have complained on the Shopify platform and still no response.
What is worse is that I have been charged full prise for it, while potentially (if they bother to send one), get charged for another set.
This is extremely poor customer service and delivery service. Definitely considering cancelling my subscription with them

After reviewing your order, we can confirm it was shipped on June 4, and tracking was provided at the time of dispatch. Unfortunately, the tracking has shown no movement since June 6, which suggests an issue occurred while the parcel was in transit with Royal Mail.

Excellent Products & Service!
I started off by buying the Carbon XPro Beard Straightener for Hubby and he loves it. There were a few free samples of beard oils, then came my next purchase. All their products are top quality, everything is well packaged and excellent delivery service. I have just received my third order. Thunderborn is subtle but sexy, I absolutely love this cologne on my Husband. Overall super happy with all my purchases. The only thing I would say, is ease up on the daily emails, that’s my only niggle, I’d prefer once a week.
